�SHERRY� 5,081 Posted November 30, 2014 Share Posted November 30, 2014 Me and my aunt were trying to buy clothes online and pay with my aunt credit card but after i wrote all credit card info and everything but it said 'Payment failed'. Why? The card expiration date is on 2017 so i dont understand why and this is the first time we are buying clothes online and also the first time using the web site. Have you limited the card? i already wrote card number, name on the card, expiration date and verification code and we double checking to make sure the numbers are correct and the card is visa and yes visa is acceptable. You may need to get your aunt to phone her bank/card provider. Sometimes companies put a hold on payments if the transaction is something out of the ordinary. It happened to me a while back when I was buying a laptop online and I had to ring up to get the bank to release the payment. If you can contact the company (which you should if it's a legit site) then you can ask why. It could just be the website itself. I've had situation where I tried to order delivery online and keep getting error message. So I said the heck with it and just ordered by phone. But I checked the email, and it confirmed that the item I was buying was paid. So maybe the site is having a problem like this, or it's a money problem.
