Which phone is better in your opinion?

I've been on the edge between the two.

I want the Note 3 for it's larger screen. Anything below 5.5" is too small for me

I also like the S-pen

But they say that the S5 has better specs and display

But if there are phones other than those given that you recommend, please tell me

P.s. Not above the price range

Are you ordering online or going to a store?

My mom's gonna buy it for me, but she'll most likely go to the store. She's in Kuwait rn fyi

One Plus One

I saw the review. Not a fan. But isn't it invites only or something?

Ohhhh ok.

I was gonna say, if you were going to a store, I would recommend trying both phones out in person just to see what you like better.

To answer your question, I would go with the Note, since you said you prefer a phone around 5.5"

I have tried my mom's note and I loved it. But not the S5. I have only seen reviews so far

S5 is IP67 certified which means it is dust proof and water resistant for up to 1m for 30 minutes (i have tried taking a video in a swimming pool and it works like a charm if you make sure that the bottom usb charging cap is in the closed position)

New S5 usually come with an ARM octa (8) core processor which is slightly better than the Qualcom quad (4) snapdragon processor.

Screen resolution for S5 is 1980 x 1080p but you can record 4k video with a maximum duration of 5 minutes.

If you want Note, it is better to get Note4 instead of Note3 because firstly the Features and the pen's responsiveness is so much better, secondly it has Quad HD Screen (2650 x 1440) which is better than S5 and lastly it has 3GB of RAM. However Note4 is not water resistant and cost around one and half time the price of an S5.

Hope this helps.

I have s5 and I am pretty fine with it. The only thing it's a littile bit hard to take pictures of yourself if you want to take it not with front camera. When i was considering different phones - it was first HTC one m8. Which has quite nice design. But you won't be able to change the battery. And i think it is not dust proof phone. My 2 option was Sony Xperia Z2. Also nice phone and camera. But i didn't like design much. And lastly I found LG G3 which has very good charactertics. But i read a review that it was heating a lot if you play games.

At the end I've chosen s5. Though I don't know much about Note phones cannot give any advice

Congratulations girl on your new phone!

Hope you will enjoy it :) I'm NOT a fan of S series :) Btw, i'm happy when you choose your dream mobile.

Best rgds,

I would be a little iffy about a Samsung phone. When you get it, do everything you can to protect your power buttons. My sister and I both have S3s (looking to upgrade mine), and the power buttons are really cheap and poorly made. I have been through two power buttons (like the actual button), and I had to get a new part soldered onto the motherboard for the second power button too. >.> My little sister is looking to change her phone too because of the power button issues.

Both are awesome, but I would get a newer Note phone. I have a buddy at work who has one and they are really nice though.
