Yup, it's from 'Grow' and I think it's Sungjong. The height difference is accurate plus SJ usually doesn't expose his body.   They are standing so close because, idk, they seem very comfortable with each other. I mean, Hoya isn't into skinship but he tolerates Dongwoo and Sungjong patting his butt without glaring at them to death so there you go. xD I need to watch this movie asap!
