Usually jobs that don't require college education also don't require endless practices, performing for 12 hours a day or essentially putting your life into hands of the agency. It doesn't matter if they train/practice for 12 hours a day. They are no different from professional boxers, who get paid per fight. In B.A.P.'s case, they get paid after they release an album.
