That sucks, since I interpreted this as the videos being uploaded but not available in Korea (so if the user has a Korean IP it won't be available, but if it's a foreign IP it will...) They want korean audiences to watch the shows live i suppose to improve their rating numbers. Or Maybe YouTube made some demands or changes, and these broadcast stations couldn't agree with them, so they are restricted from uploading. There was a website I used to use watch some Taiwanese dramas live (can't remember the site), but then I moved to Taiwan and could use the site anymore. My prediction is it's either to drive traffic to watch it live on television, or there is some sort of measure passed by the Korean government that makes it inconvenient for these companies to continue making the videos available in Korea.
