Article: 'Voice' Lee Jong Suk, what can we do with you!... 'from a boy to a man'

Source: Sports Seoul via Naver

1. [+466, -27] I'm crazily in love with Lee Jong Suk more than my husband of one year ã…

2. [+431, -6] My heart was fluttering so hard I thought I was going to die... Especially when he pulled her in

3. [+412, -12] I couldn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. after seeing that back hug... fluttering heart. Found out through the drama that I have a beating heart as well.. ^^

4. [+371, -10] I really liked how desperate but innocent he made his gaze when he lost his memory... Acting through your eyes is the hardest but he pulls it off well.

5. [+349, -7] Had no idea Lee Jong Suk was this amazing ã… ã… ã… ã… ã… ã… ã… ã… ã…  He makes you want to protect him and then randomly turns all masculine, making my heart burst ã… ã… ã… ã…

Article: 'Voice' Kim Byung Wook bumps into his wife murdered 26 years ago

Source: Newsen via Daum

1. [+1,180, -38] Women go crazy for the romance... Men go crazy for the thriller/suspense... I think having a combination of these two elements is what is making this drama so popular. The scriptwriter's skills are amazing~~~

2. [+423, -7] This scene really gave me goose bumps!!!! Jjang

3. [+376, -7] I wonder why the wife framed her husband for the murder?

4. [+276, -7] And the daughter is Prosecutor Seo ã…‹ã…‹

5. [+259, -5] Such a high quality drama... No makjang, nothing but fresh, high quality content.

what she's alive?

omg i felt sorry for the guy

i love this drama omggg

i think the judge knew she was alive

My guess is that the judge was cheating on his wife with her, and she got preggers...

So he took the baby.

My question is why did she pretend to die? What did she have against her husband to put him in jail for years? I guess the judge didn't want the scandal to break out...

That's a lot of twists and turns just to keep a secret though, cutting off your hand...

all of this is completely circumstantial, and from my own head. lol

Lee Jong Suk is one of my favourite actors, he's so good.

You'd love him no matter what he did.

While watching there were times I felt like jumping through the screen and slapping Lawyer Jang for being so mean to him.

He just looked like a kicked puppy, and then he pulled her into that hug and I just *faint*.

which plot twist?

that the wife isn't dead? it was eerie and i'm very curious, but i think "best plot twist" is taking it way too far; this character is someone we barely have gotten to know so it lacks impact. i can tell he'll be pretty important soon, but not quite yet~~

in other news, UGH jong suk is so adorable! *i* want him to backhug me while i scruff his hair!! D:

i always thought he was just "being himself" back on secret garden and that he was a gay and also pretty feminine guy. but his role here is so different and yet he has pulled it off completely when i didn't expect him to (which also makes me realize how good his acting was in secret garden as well). i wish i still thought he was gay, though

Is this true?????  :omg:  :omg:  :omg:

Well it was never actually stated, but there have been numerous hints that have been dropped that point to Do Yeon being Hwang Dal Joong's daughter.

Hints dropped listed below

  • Do Yeon is adopted which means that it's possible that Hwang Dal Joong is her biological father.
  • It was mentioned that Hwang Dal Joong's daughter should be the same age as Hye Sung. Do Yeon and Hye Sung are the same age.
  • The adoptive father of Do Yeon freaked out at the mention of Hwang Dal Joong and tells her to stop working on the case (murder of Hye Sung's mother).
  • Lawyer Shin is bothered after meeting with Hwang Dal Joong and finding out that he's sick and he'd be able to die in peace if he got to see his daughter before he dies.

Point #4: If Do Yeon is Hwang Dal Joong's daughter, it'd make sense why Lawyer Shin reacted the way he did. It would mean finding out that Do Yeon was adopted by the man who sentenced Hwang Dal Joong to prison and that Hwang Dal Joong had already met her in court.

Omfg I know right? I wanted to slap her so freaking bad when she kept treating him so coldly. Man that pissed me off so much but I'm glad they're back together now. Can't wait for episode 13  my OTP is back!

Yes his acting is so subtle and almost completely through facial expression.

He just has a way about him...when I saw secret garden I thought he was an idol just acting out his normal personality in a maybe rude way.

But see him in this role I really see his skills as an actor.

Everything about him in when he lost his memory, and the way he acted when presented with the fact that he was about to lose the one person he had in the world without even knowing why that person was important to him...I could see the subtleties in his performance.

It's almost like how my idea of Hoya was completely shattered when I saw him with infinite after watching Reply 1997.

oh my god i agree with you 100%.

you're so right about how he acted without his memory. like a little lost sheep alone and frightened that needs to depend on somebody.
