I read somewhere there were "issues" and due to those issues, she is no longer under JYPe. This happened sometime around the original April debut date, which is one of the reasons why their debut has been so delayed

Cecilia's privated her Instagram a little while ago. Her Weibo is public (can you make Weibo private?) and she has been posting all the same pictures so far.

 

Even though she's making all the same pictures public on Weibo, I won't post those updates and I'd encourage others to not post either as her making her IG private signifies she's not ready to share all of that right now.

However Ceci is likely back in Shanghai already. JYP's creative director (?) posted a picture of them together and wrote "Take care, see you soon in Shanghai."

 

Yanfei has also made her IG private again? I don't know why she keeps privating and unprivating it, but I'll just leave the link in the OP as she will likely make it public again sometime soon and she accepts pretty much everyone anyways.
