Is Miwa planning to change or soften her sound a bit with the release of Delight? I've noticed it isn't in any way similar to the covers of her last two albums Guitarium and Guitarissimo. Miracle was a nice single but I'm hoping for a bit more from Miwa on Delight.

Is Miwa planning to change or soften her sound a bit with the release of Delight? I've noticed it isn't in any way similar to the covers of her last two albums Guitarium and Guitarissimo. Miracle was a nice single but I'm hoping for a bit more from Miwa on Delight.

 

Based on Hikari e and Miracle ... I'd say it's more likely that she's incorporating more electronic sounds into her music.  I wouldn't say she's going to soften her sound, but rather "smooth" it, if that makes sense.

She's definitely adding a bit of electronics to her sound but I don't remember them being as prominent in Miracle. Hikari E definitely found her incorporating it quite a bit. Definitely looking forward to Delight but I'm nervous that she'll lose the louder and more energetic side of her music.
