I don't really like Miwa. She goes for more of the cheery type music. And i don't like her highpitched voice for slower songs. 

I don't think any one is better than the other in live performances either.

Yui is a much stronger musician, lyricist, and vocalist than Miwa but that isn't too take anything away from Miwa. Yui has had a much stronger career and has much more experience in terms of both lyricism and being a musician. Miwa has accomplished quite a bit during her career and she has continuously grown both as a musician and lyricist. They are both excellent musicians and should be respected for the respective material that they've released because they both have solid music under their belts. Yui has much stronger music and appeals much more to me but Miwa continues to keep a refreshing and inventive sound to her. Miwa has been influenced by Yui and has quite a bit of respect for her as a musician. They're both great!

I tried to listen to miwa's music in the past, but I can't seem to get into it for some reason. Does anyone have recommendations or their most favorite songs from her?

i love both.. but most is YUI..

I collect all YUI's song.. for me, YUI's song give some of nostalgic feeling.

Miwa give refreshing feeling.. i love "hikari e" song.. so cute and sweet..
