Would You Stop Stanning a Group if Your Bias Left It?

I asked the same question exactly a year ago and 60% of the people then said that even if their bias left the group, they would still support it.

After all the crazy crap that happened in 2014, I wanted to know if the general opinion on onehallyu had changed since then.

 

 

If Chen were to leave Exo, I would definitely stop supporting them. In general I can't stand it if a member leaves a group that I like even if they are not my bias and when a member does, I usually lose interest in the group as a whole as I have done with Exo.

 

My opinion of if a 2NE1 member leaves is still relatively the same. I like all the members equally so I can't imagine that I'll stop being any of their fans individually if they choose to leave. The biggest change for me is that now I have a better idea of how I would react if a member were to leave.

 I can't imagine 2NE1 still continuing as group if a member did leave it. If they did choose to do so, I don't think I would be able to support the group the same way I do now because it wouldn't be the same watching and listening to OT3 performances and songs. I would still support them individually but probably not as a group.

There are groups. Music is a big reason for me to stan as a group, but you can't just have good music for me to be "oh yeah let me suport and push this group forever!" lol 

 

There's gotta be something there. D-Unit's "lucky" that I really got into them before Ujin "left".

Yes. After Kris left Exo, while I still supported the individual members, I didn't feel the same connection to the group overall. It was just bed game after Luhan left as well. Same for iKON, I don't think I will stan them now.

 

With Exo I never really liked them for their music, I liked tier variety personality, and especially Kris' personality. After he left, I stopped caring. With iKON I liked their musical potential, and after Hongseok and Jinhyung were confirmed to have not gotten in, I stopped caring about that as well, and with that my interests in the group disappeared.

I'm more of an EXO OT12 stan than anything, even though I have biases. One person leaving won't affect me much, if you ask me. If my bias left because of some whacked up scandal though, then potentially. Most likely, actually.
