Like I really like the color etc. I'm not someone who actually gives compliments to dudes usually. But if you really want to say something, than no "you are gorgeous, you are pretty, you have an amazing smile , you are beautiful " no praises used for girls, say something indirectly like "you have a playful smile today, what's up?". Do not compliment him directly (wow.. you have beautiful eyes), but include a compliment in your casual normal conversation.
