big ouch  :omg:  hope they're okay

Edit: apparently Yuzuru passed out a couple of times and has a concussion and he still performed?  :omg:

Edit: after watching everything I could find about this, I can't help but be disappointed in him if he insisted on skating, he looked like was going to pass out many times and was in no state to skate, the coaches and the medical staff should not have allowed him or Han to continue, even if they insisted on skating, it could've led to serious consequences. What they both did was not heroic like most people are saying but incredibly stupid. They need to understand that health should always come first. But I hope both of them will be alright

You gotta love his passion for skates tho. This kids amazing. But he should also think of his health but usually perfectionist are ate health risk.

Anyways recover fast kid. (Althou my paranoid side is telling me the guy did it in purpose.)

i know that he wants to skate until the end but health is the most important and with concussions, you just don't know what the after effects could be. hopefully he can recover soon.

also, it's crazy how he was deducted 5 points yet still being able to come in 2nd place.

I literally hate my favourite sport, he fell 5 times and the judges handed him that silver medal, It should have been Kovtun, Dornbush and Nguyen on that podium. PCS is now just a tool for judges to hold up skaters which is disgusting because Yuzuru ended up getting 10 stitches total and pulled a muscle in his left leg. That program was so empty and he looked so dazed and lost and judges still gave him 9.00s in PCS?! They want to keep him around because they know he'll bring in the crowds, shame on all the skating officials, coaches and judges that allowed him and Han Yan to compete. They are teenagers, missing one Grand Prix season won't hurt them considering they're both skaters that are already well known on the senior circuit.
