I want to make this clear. I'M NOT SIDING OR APPROVING THE SHOW TO DO THIS BUT I'M NOT THAT ANGRY. 

WHY:

1) I have watched this show since their 1st season. in their season 4, they even played a short bgm of GFRIEND's Wanna Be. The fact this show ever invited a chinese kpop idol on their show. They never once played that idol song but GFRIEND. So I thought that the writer or the staff of this show is a buddy.

2) These girls created is just for a show storyline ep (Just one ep) THEY WON'T BE EVEN COME OUT AND PROMOTE IN CHINA  THIS IS JUST A CHINA TV CRIME SOLVING VARIETY SHOW THAT CREATE A STORY EACH EP & THE CAST WILL SOLVE THE CRIME. THIS SHOW IS VERY FAMOUS IN CHINA. EVEN THE SHOW LONG TIME FANS DON'T LIKE THIS GROUP BECAUSE THE LINEUP (BUT THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT) MY POINT IS THIS GROUP WON'T EVEN RELEASE A SINGLE OR ALBUM

I GET WHY BUDDIES ARE ANGRY . I WAS DISAPPOINTED THEY DIDN'T CREDIT . However , since I don't know the T&C of China broadcast station on plagiarized song (i.e. credit songs from Korea , I know they didn't credit for bgm.  But redo song they do credit it through their Behind the scene/recording footage. However, those songs are Chinese song. Another thing is I don't know is it because this performance was not even on their show episode so they don't credit <- but I don't think so because they ever credit a Chinese song with the Behind the scene/ recording footage. Only members of their show can watch the performance last year . This time they make it free. So I don't know because it was paid content so they don't credit or what. But if you want to highlight  this, I doubt your can go through Soumu since they have no song copyrights license of the ost song, I believe is  the producer of the song / the drama ost company. (P.S I DON'T KNOW HOW SONGS COPYRIGHT WORK FOR OST. I KNOW FOR ARTISTS OWN SONGS , THE COMPANY HOLDS IT BUT OST I NOT 100% SURE).

I know some buddies missed it last year. Because only a minority ifans mentioned it on twitter. Also I remember only minority Chinese Buddies mentioned last year. I thought I could trust c-buddies to tell the writer of this show on weibo since they often used weibo to communicate but sadly nothing was done other then they make edit video to show about asking plagiarism. Because I know this show producer or writer ever talked to their show fans on weibo. Even on IG. But sadly , I don't think a lot of C-buddies watch this so this show though is a famous/hot variety show in China Hunan. But still something I never understand is buddies last year who release it were those who have member account because I remember clearly I knew about this . The show haven't even broadcast the episode. So is fully membership paid content. So I thought c-buddies already complained that time but sadly nothing was done (p.s that time the show IG account was not created)

Anyway, if buddies want to do something,  I also not sure is it too late since this happened last year and the show already finished for the season. But if your want, go to their weibo or Hunan tv twitter account or IG account(their IG account may not reply since they don't update since the show ended). Hunan Tv is the company of the show. I will suggest Weibo or Hunantv twitter account.

OFC, I can do it too since I watched the show but the thing is that time I wanted to wait for the episode and when the episode broadcast , I didn't watch  at all. I only watch selective episode so I don't know they didn't credit until this came out again. Ofc, I still can do it now, but I don't think I will make great advantage to this as I believe they only replied to their long-time fans and I don't even use weibo to communicate. So how effective to tell them now, this is a question mark to me.

Lastly, I admit I not that bother because I already use to Chinese copying Korean stuff (i.e. songs; variety shows). Also Kpop songs being plagiarized already exist for quite long already. Nothing was done other than news talking about it. At the end of the day, those singers still went ahead to promote those songs and it became  one of these singer's  hit song in their career.

But on the topic of line distributions, I honestly don't really get the point of fussing over line distributions in general. Groups have designated positions for a reason and some songs suit a certain member's voice more than others. Even when their line distributions have been 'unfair', I don't see it as a major issue. Giving every member the exact same amount of lines is just not realistic and when looking at their more recent releases, the line distributions have been as even and fair as it gets. I actually think the recent graphs come to show how much GFriend have improved as a group vocally. They definitely use to depend on Yuju and Eunha more and I think that's more or less understandable. Overtime, vocally weaker members have definitely worked hard to improve and their average skill level has evened out significantly. I take it as a compliment to the group tbh.
