Of course OH would go down when I finish writing my review of the 4th episode of GFriend loves Europe. Well I've been watching and waiting and I kept them all saved, so here they are.

Episode 4

I've been waiting for Sowon Loves Hungary since she first said how she hates being alone. I knew it would be funny. First off I love how she started off by calling Umji    . It was so nice of her to encourage leader like that. I loved that fancy restaurant. I'd love to be able to eat somewhere like that, but of course Sowon was going to be super critical. I LOL'd at how she liked the soup and dessert more than the main course. And it was hilarious how she was so desperate for company that she called the staff to sit with her.   I love this girl.

The endless rain Salzburg trip was nice. I was totally enthralled with the Mozart tour as much as Eunha and Yuju. 

 I wish we could have seen SinRin do more besides just riding a train and playing with a swan, but I guess its going to be harder to have equal focus with 3 gropus now. I actually find it funny how lonely Sowon's had more screen time that the other two duos.

 Next episode looks like it'll be good. Seems like Sowon will be noticed by a lot of fans. I can't wait.  

 

Episode 5

Vocal line team. They can see clearly now, the rain is gone.  I love how they know about where all of these great movies were filmed. If someone would have asked me where The Sound of Music was filmed, I’d have no idea. OMG Umji singing doremi was so cute

Lol, I can’t believe Yuju made up an entire choreography to doremi. Though honestly, you’d think that song would have a dance to go along with it.

Sowon forgot to exchange the money. I like how she said she’d be showing Hungary on Umji’s behalf.

Sowon: “I guess I’m hard to please.†Quoted for truth. I’m glad she got recognized, but I swear the preview showed her being spotted by way more people.

SinRin OMG Yennie was actually carrying SinB. Don’t worry, buddies recognize your love

I loved SinB playing with the puppets and making them dance.

 

 Episode 6

Oh boy, the beagles start the episode! I love how they showed the “Endless stairs†montage. I was so happy when SinB said she was thinking of Umji. I felt bad for Yerin having to do the paragliding with her fear of heights. But I’m glad she was able to do it. And I just knew she and SinB were going to start singing Me Gustas Tu.

Not too much of the Vocal line today, but I loved how they got noticed by buddies. And of course they’d get lured to the live music.

Sowon’s part was my favorite. I love that she called Umji and showed her the night view of Budapest. That was so sweet. She really wanted her to be there. And lol, I knew she was going to give that Veal dish 2 stars. She was complimenting it too much to actually give it a high score.  

 

Ironically enough, I haven't finished episode 7 yet, but I'm working on that right now, so stay tuned.

It took all day due to my horribly slow internet, but I finally finished episode 7.

I always get so happy when they mention my Umji.  I thought it was weird when SinB said they werr buying her some salt until she explained how Umji’s dad sent them some salt. So sweet.  SinRin did so well ordering food in English. So SinB isn’t afraid of pigeons, she just doesn’t like them so close to her. It seems like I know so many idols who have issues with birds.

I lol’d when Yuju was riding that dude’s skateboard. He didn’t even know them, he just wanted a photo with them because they’re pretty. Not that he’s wrong, though. The girls looked so cute wearing those old Austrian style clothes. Heck, I’d like some dresses like that.  

Sowon’s portion was so funny; the way they kept talking about the farting horses. And now I finally see that the stuff where she was going around doing thumbs up was a special video for Umji. I love how much they mentioned Umji in this episode.  

​I guess there's only one more episode. It feels like its gone by so fast. The last episode looks like it'll be really fun though. Yuju and Eunha are going to be wearing their cute new outfits, SinB and Yerin are on a train in a cave, and Sowon is...playing with statues.

Question: Who attracted you to Gfriend or who caught your eyes when you first saw Gfriend?

 

I remember I was   with Yerin. She was so so so so pretty during MGT (it was when I joined the fandom) that I couldn't stop watching the videos because of her.

 

It was Eunha. I thought she was so gorgeous in the MGT MV and I always noticed her the most during the stages.

The Simply K-Pop Christmas special was on. A fan wrote in saying they wanted to spend Christmas with GFriend (specifically Sowon) and they were nominated for best 2016 performance. I'm not sure if they won, because I kept flipping my TV back and forth and nothing was ever specifically said.   They did show their video last out of 3 chosen groups so I'm hoping that meant they got the most votes.

 

But it was great to see them nominated anyway

Merry Christmas Eve Buddies. I just saw the Feliz Navidad stage. It was so cute and their pronunciation was so good (I might be biased, but I think Umji did the best). Yuju's vocals slayed my soul. I just wish it was longer.

I was gonna watch the last episode of GFriend loves Europe...but then I watched the Christmas V-live thing that I'd forgotten about all this time. But hey, what better day to watch it than Christmas Eve.  It was really funny. I never knew Yerin had that "silver tongue" thing and sometimes said words out of order. That's interesting and cute.  

 

Now let's see if I can finish GFriend Loves Europe.

Finished GFriend Loves Europe. The last episode was so sweet. I loved SinB and Yerin's cave train ride with that chatterbox tour guide Peter. He was funny.   My favorite part of Eunha and Yuju's last day was when they went to take pictures with that random baby. That was adorable.  And Sowon Unnie was so funny. I'm glad she got recognized by more Buddies, and some that actually spoke Korean   But of course Umji's narrations just made everything better. Glad they didn't leave my baby out.

Another Gfriend Collaboration at KBS gayo 

this song is Legend. nearly 10 years old, and I still loving it. especially the ballad version.. 

and now will be sung by the next generation Idol 

 

 

Sowon and Umji are taking part in this, right? Do we know? I'm not thinking all of a sudden the girls are going to be split up for everything, but after yesterday I just want to be certain.

we don't know yet. I'm curious as well. whether or not all member will be participate (5+6+9+11) wow! 

or maybe they just choose 9 member from those 4 groups..

In other news, I got new glasses today. I chose them in honor of Navillera, as they have a butterfly design on the sides.

I'm late so I haven't watched everything yet, but I LOVED the outfits for Rough/Navillera. They're gorgeous.

SinB's stage was so cool. She looked amazing in that black outfit.  

 

I didn't really like the ITNW stage. They did great and all and Yuju's high note especially killed, but it didn't like how GFriend was mostly in the back. I could barely see Eunha, Umji, or Sowon unless the cameraman zoomed in on someone else in their era.  Hopefully they'll get some good fancams.

 

Also, I've finally reached my 100th post. Gonna go get that GFriend badge

There's a fancam that's pretty much showing the whole stage (though some girls on the edges still get cut ^^), i haven't seen any GFriend focused ones yet...

And OMG, I was just sitting here watching Pops in Seoul and they were talking about (I think) the Top 10 Singles of 2016 and GFriend was listed as NO. 2 with Rough. They also mentioned their 29 awards for the year 2016. I was so excited.

Just watched all the new stuff (at least I think all of it).

 

SinB's video with those other group people was pretty cool, yet also weird.  

 

The Wonder Girls stage was great. Their outfits looked amazing, especially my Eunha's.  And thank goodness all of the girls got to participate.  

 

The stage with the little kids was so cute I squeled when they kneeled down and gave those girls presents.   And the finally with that large group of kids was a nice surprise. <3

I saw a bit more of Sowon in this one, but I still don't like how they barely focused on Eunha, Umji, and Yerin (at least they're in the thumbnail).  I need to find a GFriend fancam of this.
