Plus I'm not an insider or Soumu Staff) Spoiler i for one really love the crossroads and apple outfits so if they choose to reuse from either eras im totally fine! especially since their promotional cycles recently have always been max three weeks, and with the absence of MuCore perfs this year, that doesn't leave a lot of chances for us to see those gorgeous fits! with regards to the setlist, this was an event geared to the public (or maybe just kpop fans in general; fans of other groups) and gfriend had a limited timeslot. so it's not surprising that they would fill the setlist with songs the GP is familiar with (mgt/rough/navillera/tftmn) to catch interest, and then perform their most recent song to give it more exposure. let's be real, even though gfriend is a popular group they have never been "trendy" per se, so they need to play it smart and leverage on their national hits~~, especially at an event that could possibly gain them new fans on a brighter note, the girls looked and sounded amazing today (for both events)! im loving every second of long blonde eunha also am loving the comeback of PinkRin and damn i didnt really see it during the perf but umji looks great with the new colour and could totally pull off a more bolder shade of blue!! Spoiler happened to come across this tweet and while i personally feel that 150k is overly optimistic to achieve within one cb, it doesn't change the fact that gfriend will hit this milestone in 2021, at the rate they/buddies are growing. the fact that this cb will be their THIRD full length album is already such a surreal thought but seeing as how they will have achieved 1 million total physical sales within 7 years of debut (which has always been a cursed number in kpop lmao) just gets me super emotional :,) i feel like in my memory there were a few more million seller girl groups but i guess this acc isn't including 1st gen groups (?) to see gfriend's name in a list with the likes of S*S*, K*R* is just...wow! cheers to forever with gfriend :,,,) Edited October 13, 2020 by tuut Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
