This looks like it will take a long time depending on how far your skill is. But you just don't make it after a tutorial most of them require some skill so practice will do it!

hmmm possible if i'm good teacher enough ..it is easy it is called 4d theme ..artistic you have good taste    i'll make tutorial for it and pm you but will quote with results  .. are you a beginner? should i make it from start to end all you know like basics of transforming ctrl+t filter for high q images and those ?i mean by detail? i can do it son't be afraid tell me ;D

I did take a photoshop class back in high school for two years but i prefer if you tell me step by step tbh bc i dont really know how u make the background city so bright and realistic lol I do know they used the quick selection tool to put 2ne1 on the background LOL

...in the pic you showed either they put the render dubble it use filter or  blur then lowering the opacity or using image properties and then filter anyway there is away to clean renders i'll teach it to you don't worry ~ alright gonna work on it and when i complete i'll pm you have a nice day~   ~ btw you like dark themes like this for 2nd tutorial?

u like 2ne1 group so i searched them up and got this render that i'll work on with this simple tutorial....simple lesson but great result  

now let's go to this simple tutorial trial black and white ...tho

before starting NOTES:

ctrl+N= opening new work faster than file>>new

Ctrl+T = transforming photo like if it is big you can then ok to end it

ctrl+D  =end the selection ..

ctrl+J = duplicate the layer you are working on faster than going to it and duplicate it 

ctrl+E= for the layer to merge with the layer before it.

ctrl+shift+E = all layers merge together

history = for undo more mistakes like undoing 10 steps ...if history window isn't there..get it from 

window>>>history.

 

when you want your render clean=

 

get the render ( from serching on google pictures )lol then before getting into your work you should 

---ctrl+j>>>>>filter>>>BLur>>>>Gaussian blur (2.1)>>> go to the layer change it to lighten did you see how clean the render has become then you can play with opacity if render becomes too bright then ctrl+shift+e = one layer then take it into your work as great render  

...this is good trick right   

 

 

 

-Work steps

 

1-open photoshop ... file>>new work  450 x 200 /transparent/ (this is good number if you want it as a sig here or any forum)

get the pic 1   into your work window then transforming it by ctrl+t thrn ok or put it in anyway suits you ..

 

2-then in the bar above go to   Image>>>>mode>>>grayscale (anything you see press ok merge ok discard ok ..etc)

 

3- bring pic 2  into your work transforming it by ctrl+t and make the triangle in the center then ok...change the mode of layer into screen

 

4-bring the render  (after cleaning it by the way i taught you and make it one layer in other window then bring it into your work ok  )  transforming it into the size you like as usual then..by putting the render into the center.. 

 

5- bring pic 3    into your work then try to make its writing hidden i want the stars only ok then change the layer mode into lighten

 

6- bring pic 4   into your work then change the size into your like then change the layer mode into screen

 

7- bring the last pic 5   then  lighten try to make the writing in the pic on below not hiding the render tho then change it to the opacity into 60% you can use sharpen tool from tools on the writing if you want it to become cleaner to see..then type your name by using T from tools ... above or anything btw you can download good font types from net then paste it in local disk c>>>windows>>fonts

 

8-new layer choose brush tool from tools...choose the circular one that has blurry effect then white color ..put brushes on clothes of render everywhere then lighten the opacity 50 or 30% until u see it suitable then that is it.

there is another result with a frame if you want a simple frame it is easy just after adding new layer select by selection tool all of the your work just without the frame place and then use rt click select inverse then fill it with white then ctrl+d then the opacity and fill to 60 % then that is my another result

download from here you might not understand the language but wait till 5 seconds then the box above 7.8 mb is the key you should click on to download ok ..

 

after extract it you find a prepared psd... you take layers from the work use ctrl+o and choose the psd ok to eveything

 

the render is from u ..search for suitable one if u have bias princess or prince like the better for u ^^

 

 

 

 

Work

 

 

 

 

from the psd i give you can get them transform them from th psd to your work ^^ now let's begin

--------

1- ctrl+o get itools psd i gave u 

2- ctrl+n choose 394 *  553 get pic 1 from psd to your work just fit it there

3-get the lake below in the photo

4-put pic 2 in the right until it fits

5-get flowers into the work beside pic 2 from the left

6-put the render everywhere you want   just fit it.then open new layer choose a brush you know the soft circular one color: e8cddb  then over the render and around choose the mode soft light ...clear the render face 

 

7- put crystal below castle  ..

8- bring pic 3 mode:soft light    opacity:42 %

9- new layer brush color: b7dbdf  mode:soft light       

then color the render with the soft brush u used before the face clear it if u want ..

10-bring light pic 1 put it on the above use mode:screen opacity: 87%

11- bring light pic 2    mode:screen on the above same place as 1 light pic 1 

12- merge all layers after being sure the work is cool enough by ctrl+shift+e then ctrl+j then 

Filter>>>sharpen>>>sharpen       opacity : 43 %

13- bring blura on the below until it fits
