Did my friend make a good choice? (He insisted I ask the internet's opinion since I keep teasing him about it)

About a month ago I was playing "who'd you rather" with a friend (keep in mind he is a straight male). When me and my friends play this game we don't just straight up say two different people we set up entire weird scenarios to go with it to make the choices more difficult. I gave him the options: Would you rather do Britney Spears when she had her head shaved and gained a lot of weight while Justin Timberlake sings Suit & Tie on the sidelines while taking pictures? Or would you rather do Beyonce at her very hottest, however at the same time Jay-z is rubbing your back with lotion and whispering things in your ear like, "I think you're beautiful, you have a great body". Of course Jay-z will also moan randomly for no reason.

  My straight male friend chose the Beyonce Jay-Z option and I keep teasing him about Jay-z now. He keeps insisting that it was the right choice. He knows I go on online forums so he asked me to ask internet people. 

What would you guys choose? Which was the more disturbing option?

It's not very often it's just a thing I bring up maybe like once every two weeks since we tend to tease each other a lot about everything.
