Goggle Translator spells the new girls name Hwajeong 화정. She's pretty and has a good voice. Looks like she will fit in nicely. That was a really quick transitions from old member to new member. H.Mate seems to be managing them well and making good decisions so far. With the new girl in so fast they didn't even miss a beat. Hope they can keep their momentum going with their Japan Showcase and gain new fans. :)

I don't want to burst everyone's comeback bubble, but using google translation, The girls are going to be the opening act at Super Concert "The Show" 2015 on October 28 at Saitama Super Arena. This is still great news to see them performing at a big concert. Other notable performers are Shinee, Infinite, Got7 and Block.B.   So I'm assuming this is just a new publicity pic because they needed one with the new member Hwajung. Yes, being chosen as an opening act at a Big Concert is still a great feat for them. These are all the small steps nugus need to get so that they can get recognition and rise to the top. :)
