PS4

For the exclusive games, next gen graphics/performance

the downside is that, more games are yet to be released;only a few games for ps4 exists rn

 

PC AT THE PRICE OF A PS4

I read at a certain website that I can build a gaming pc (probably mid end) at the price of a ps4

I want this because my laptop is not that powerful and I want to play decent pc games plus do edits and stuff

 

WII U

I want this because of the exclusives but the graphics are so last gen

 

NEW 3DS

There is a new 3DS that will be released right? The one with the restructured controls?

I also want this because of the portability and the games also, but is it worth it?

i was going to say ps4, but with the pc you can play better online games and do your edits. You get to knock out being able to do two things on one device a lot better than you have been. So it seems that it'd meet more of your needs. 

Yes, but PS4 exclusives man

Just get PS4 or Xbox One. Idk why you didn't really include Xbox though, unless you have friends on PS4 then just get that.

I didn't include xbone for obvious reasons, but it depends

For $400 I would stick with PS4, but if money wasn't an option, everything from music quality to graphics galore can be upgraded for a price on a custom built rig. Exclusivity of games are also a big factor. I like casual gaming and steam has awesome deals for casual gamers who want the most bang for the buck.

Go with the PS4 with that budget

 

too be honest I would recommand a game pc but I would suggest you invest like 800 dollar in a gaming rig so you can run all the games at great settings. And ofcourse steam deals save you ton of money, you have more game choices, more controller choices.. hell, more choice in general. PC is just so versatile. 

 

But PS4 is great for gaming. If you know which games you wanna play, you won't regret it.
