I'm hooked on them and their song tbh (2014 is a good year for girl groups debuts) 

anyway, from the videos I've seen Eunyong might be my bias but they're all so amazing it's hard to choose 

looking forward to some nugu variety show / radio show appearances and some subs to go with them

Wouldn't it be funny if a group comes out with the name "Nugu"?   I wonder how that will go. 

Speaking of which I hope we'll get translators to help us with the videos.  Like their intro video, I'd like to know what they're saying.

I only understood some of the video with my struggling Korean learning but I'm sure sometime along we'll get a fluent Korean speaker that can at least post translations on the comments of their videos (like the one for Minx)

 

also, as I'm listening to their song again, I'm thinking of adding their bio on last.fm (it's currently empty)

ooh fandom names yes I'm bad at this but I'll try anyway -

Knickknack (synonym for ornament, since one meaning of purfle is "an ornamental" border or edging) it sounds cute too lol

Ornament (same thing, but it's also a synonym for adorn so c:)

we could put like "This Ornament decorates your (Purfles) tree!" on those signs fans hold up during stuff or something

Yes that they were actually in the beginning a six member girl group but because they were in a survival game only 3 remained. And other stuff but I can't seem to remember. I think I'm still to happy about everything.

Oh and they did a bruno mars cover like we predicted.

Oh and it seems like Gunhee sees herself as a bunny because she is always rushing.

Congratulations on you debut, I'm such a big fan of you girls. When I first heard the song. I had to pause it at the very first 3 seconds because I was not expecting the song to begin with such a powerful impact. I knew I would love you guys and when the song ended I couldn't even speak. I really love you guys and will stick with you until the very end.

Actually I have been sick for 2 weeks. And I still have a runny nose but that's nothing. My immune system is actually not that strong but stronger than a few years ago.

Yeah I'll remember your tip from now on.

We'll have to ask them about favorite movie then.

 

Guys I had a dream about Purfles.

 

That I met them at a fansign event in Korea and then asked if Eunyong really was a boxer and where she boxed. To find out she boxed at the same gym I went to for my temporally stay in Korea. Then suddenly I saw Eunyong and we were sparring. I lost though because I didn't wanna hit her. I talked about you guys and how much fun I was having with you. Then they asked what site it was. I refused to answer because I first wanted to have your opinion. Then you all agreed to Purfles coming on OH. I helped them make rules for OH users and made the account for them (Purfles1,2,3) and explained everything there was to know about OH. They would comment on OH and then have regular Q&A on the weekends. So you guys weren't allowed to ask them anything in the week days LOLZ.

And then I woke up. It was so fun because I remember having a laughing spree with them.

 

I kinda hope that will happen in the future. Because then we could like communicate with them on here and ask them regularly how they are.

that seems like such a good dream! I wish I had Purfles in my dreams OTL I would let Eunyong hit me too and continuously beat me up

So what shows do you guys want Purfles to be on?

I personally want them on Secret Box, again on Sound K, Weekly Idol (way in the future), Idols School and Dream Team (because they'll slay the others for sure lol)

 

But the K-populous is still coming our way. I think either this weekend or next. I'm really getting excited for this.

I'd love to see those! Idol School & Secret Box yas yas. I'd like to see Running Man in the future (even if it's just a minor part), Hello Counselor, & Happy Together (? sorta) Any variety is fine with me tbh

I'll stick with Purfect/Purfects!

 

(One reason I originally suggested it was there's singular/plural system that's employed quite often in K-fandoms, eg Sistar - fandom: STAR1 fans: STAR1s, Shinee - fandom: Shawol fans:Shawols, 2PM - fandom: Hottest fans: Hottests etc.

If Purfect ended up being the actual name, it'd give you the opportunity when asked to say that "Our fandom is Purfect"  )

lol 100%'s fandom name is "Perfection" so I always like to say that "I'm a Perfection" to my family & friends   If we go with Purfect I'd be a Purfect Perfection and that's not necessarily a bad thing

I also watched K-populous and it was hilarious. I thought it was fitting that they play with the little kids at the playground around the same mental age right?? they were great with their choreographer, it was so funny. The whole thing was so cute & funny (as expected tbh!)

So I must concede defeat. I was trying to avoid following yet another group but I have failed.

 

2014 has been an odd year for K-Pop but Purfles and Minx have been two little silver linings on that pretty dark cloud.
