As for dance practices, i am amazed by the dances of so many idol songs. Its actually the same patterns repeating themselves, but they put them together in new combinations for every song. Its hard for me to pick one out, because almost all of them are fun to dance. The dances of the popular groups and also the dances of the nugu groups. It also depends on your mood. Pocket Hyung 3,962 Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 tbh it's not that at all, I mean when Exo first debuted they had none of that but that didn't stop them from growing a large rabid fandom :S some people just use those things as an excuse as to why they don't stan a group that isn't popular.. basically unless a group is from a big company or they're already popular most people won't even give them a second glance no matter how good their songs are, no matter how talented they are etc. and well, you can see the problem with the 'already popular' requirement to gain fans because you need to gain fans to be popular, bit of a conundrum. Basically what's left is a lucky breakthrough. That's why we have groups like Exid and Girl's Day, they had a lucky breakthrough, and then once they started to get popular all of a sudden tonnes of people who never even gave them a second glance before started stanning them and even loving the stuff they put out beforehand, only once they came popular people acknowledged them and their songs. It's really annoying tbh, this mentality of needing a group to be popular to stan them is one of the things I dislike most about kpop. Ikr? I remember there's a thread discussing about vocals and the OP gave nugus as example (I dont remember who) and someone has the nerve to say "at least you can give a more popular people as example" Wtf? If Changjae sang more I'd probs pick him, I'm usually a vocalist person. Ryu was so perfect though //cries// I hate their company I admit they give them really good music at least though anyone wanna offer any opinions/material that may help me decide?
