I think the company needs a new CEO. They have great music and great artists but their management and PR sucks balls.

If the stock drops once it's reopened again, I have a feeling there will indeed be some power-shifting going on.

You are naive and stupid if you think lsm dont have any say at all in sm decision. He has more power than the ceo, if the ceo is doing thing badly why dont him and other shareholders fire kym already??

This!!

Maybe because most of ignorant people that always blaming CEO here, haven't got into the job inside company nor have an experience about it yet

I hope they can learn about the order inside company or the organization tree inside the company with your comment

Thanks btw

But the fact that there are STILL 80% of their artists CHOSE to stay in SM proves something, right? I'm not a fan of SM's management and its lousy crap. But look at BoA, TVXQ (who witnessed every single thing that's going on with JYJ), SuJu, etc. If there's a fatal flaw and the abuse of human rights, i'm pretty sure everyone is moving out of SM.

I hate to say it but because SM is so focused on making money than appreciating their artists, trainees/debutees/artists found this to be the number one to go company to make her/his dreams come true.

On the other hand i completely agree for a power shifting in the company. They need to step up their game or they're pretty much finished in becoming the Top 3.

the remaining majority makes me wonder, if the idols who left were really mistreated? anyway i agree SME needs to change how they handle contracts.

Yup. I had a thought that being 'mistreated' was also their and fans' number one excuse to bash or just for a plain reason. Luhan was exhausted, there were pictures of him looking pale as fuck, he could've sued SM for breeching his human rights (idk the law term for this soz) to rest if they had kept overworking him. Hangeng as well (cmiiw).
