Luhan's indictment

First paragraph, which contains most of the relevant info:

Sina October 10th, Sina has exclusively learned that Luhan of the chinese subset of Korean boygroup EXO filed an indictment at 9:00AM KST to Seoul Attorney District Court, which aims to invalidate his contract with SM Entertainment. This comes after Kris’s May 15th filing this year, but in less than 5 months afterwards, a second member of EXO-M has filed for termination; Sina will look further into investigating this matter. It is well-known that Luhan is the member with the most popularity in China; during Mid-Autumn festival, he underwent stressed-induced persistent headaches and therefore went to his home in Beijing to recuperate. On September 20th and 21st, both his left eye and the left side of his face began to swell, but despite sickness still attended the first day of Exo’s latest tour site at Beijing Railway Station.

Other relevant information throughout news article:

Luhan’s sickness was severe enough that he missed the Bangkok concert but still went to the Beijing site; it is implied from the article that him performing at Beijing was SM’s decision.

News of Luhan’s imminent leave from SM has been popping up for awhile now in Chinese media. Several major TV stations broadcasted stuff about it

Chinese translation of indictment:

1. Event: 2014 case 573251 confirming that the exclusive contract should no longer exist

2. Plaintiff: Luhan

3. Defendant: SM Entertainment, Co., Ltd.

4. Reception number

5. Received date: 10/10/2014, 9:30 AM

6. Type of claim: indictment

SM your empire deserves to fall for your unjust and disgusting treatment of these HUMAN BEINGS.

SM, at this point, I seriously do not trust you at all.

I will support your artists, but I will not support the company alone.

should've joined the bandwagon long ago honey.... only the unknowing or new comers... trust SM even 0.1%

SM ruining all my faves. Done with your shit. Idols are human beings, not products or commodities.

Supporting their artists is supporting SM. There is no distinction, I'm afraid.

do u know what is the reason he terminates his contract? is it because of his health condition or money? because no korean news outlet mentioned it

I don't think Chinese news outlets have mentioned why he terminated his contract either, but people in Baidu were speculating that he left due to health reasons. Apparently, Luhan did not just suffer from headaches and facial swelling - he also had trouble keeping down food, was often nauseous, and had insomnia.
