I'm glad that all of you guys feel the same way as I do (Young Do/Eun Sang > Kim Tan/Eun Sang)

Young Do may be a jerk sometimes but I HATE how controlling Kim Tan is. Sadly Kim Tan and Eun Sang is going to be endgame regardless of the fact that many people like Young Do with her more.

2 or 3 people is not many people lol.

Lol at Kim Tan being controlling and PPL wanting her to end with Young Do who is just as messed up and abusive. Pushing her in a pool to teach her something? Sure. He comes from an abusive family and for some reason it's Eun Sang to heal him? If people are going to play the Kim Tan is controlling card they better start owning up to the fact that Young Do is abusive and would be just as controlling. Forcing hugs is not cute.

If anything both are assholes and Eun Sang should be alone.

ep 11 is so boring for me. too many staring/cheesy moments between KT and ES good thing tho that they kinda lessened the love is the moment moments

Even tho Bona's scenes are too short in this ep, it's still one of the best and funniest scenes lol.

My heart hurt when Young do was hurt. Woobin's acting is  :ilove: i still dont like him with ES tho, cos he's mine i dont like ES  :hoplz:

Lol I was just talking about the three people above me tbh, I guess I should have been more clearer.

I think they are both jerk as well, but since she's going to probably end up with someone, id rather she end up with Young Do.

yeah you're right they are both controlling, but at least Young Do admits to it. Like in one of the episodes he said something along the lines of 'do I have to bully you for you to pay attention to me.' He admits it and knows that he's a bastard. With Kim Tan it's different because we're suppose to find his gestures cute and romantic. Like when he forcefully kissed her to make her stop talking to Young Do, or when he kept telling her do this or go there, or the time he wouldn't let her leave his room. I'm pretty sure those scenes were written with the intention of being romantic. Kim Tan just cant seem to understand that his words and actions are very stalker like.

So yeah both are assholes, but Young Do is the only one who admits it, and if you can admit that you have a problem then you have a better chance of fixing it.

Good point.

But then again of course Young Do would admit to it. He physically forced her to eat with him and she was shaking and crying. Then he made her trip, he pushed her in a swimming pool. It doesn't take knowing that what he's doing is bad to make it more acceptable. Whatever he's doing is still a lot more physically damaging than what Tan is doing to her. One is abusive physically and the other emotionally.

She can't save him and I find that mentally of omg i hope they end together so she can heal his heart pretty terrifying. Yeah I know it's just fiction but I'm hoping the people who think like that are still teenagers...

Also people seem to forget about Young Do's father. You're all smoking crack if you actually think he would let that happen. This isn't the same as Tan's family. YD's father would probably hire someone to actually kill her and YD hasn't shown (yet) how far he would actually go for ES as opposed toTan who hasn't been afraid to go against his family.

Yah you're right. One is emotionally abusive and the other one is physically abusive. I don't find one better than the other. What I do find better though is when someone is showing progress towards becoming a better person. Which in ep 11 Young Do did. He opened up more and actually tried to do something for her benefit (like the scene where he threw the girls shoes in the bucket as revenge. Lol it was really petty and ridiculous, but thats how his personality is at this point.) I'm not saying he is perfect, or that he should be forgiven for all the shit he has done in the past and is still doing, but hey there is still 9 episodes to go so lots of room for character development! And I'm sure they're taking him in the direction towards redemption anyway. Also lets not forget that Kim Tan was just as physically abusive towards all the kids at the school too.

And honestly not every one who is shipping them is doing it because they want her to heal him. I, personally, just find that they have a whole lot more chemistry together whereas Kim Tan and Eun Sang are just extremely boring in comparison. Also what is so wrong with her 'healing' him. He is obviously an abused and neglected kid, so is it so wrong to want someone to help him out of this misery? The cycle of abuse is really hard to break, so if there is someone who can help stop him from turning into his father, all the better. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to glorify an abusive relationship, and I would never want her to be with him romantically while he is still this messed up, but I don't think there is anything wrong with just being his friend or at least just talking to him. Later on when he has healed his wounds, and learned how to deal with his frustration and anger in a healthy way, I don't see what would be so bad about them being together.

And about Young Do's father objecting to their (nonexistent at this point) relationship/ friendship, I think that would be a great motivation for Young Do to finally stand up and win against his father, to finally stand up against all the abuse he has been put through his whole life. I think that would be a first great step towards healing and redemption, and ultimately becoming a better human being.

And honestly idk if Kim Tan is or isn't afraid to go up against his family. On one hand he did come clean to his mother about liking Eun Sung, but would he be able to do the same with his father? And also that time when he freaked out when Rachel wanted to call of the wedding made him seem very wishy-washy, like what does he want exactly? To keep treating Rachel like trash, but still stay as his fiancee?. So at this point idk what he would do when the time comes to choose between Eun Sang and his family.

I'm just gonna wait until ep 12 to see how things with Young Do/Eun Sang continue to progress.

They're both abusive but neither physically or emotionally is better than the other.  What's with this "he pushed her into the pool"?  He let go of her (she fell )into the pull to teach her a life lesson, which is still twisted but still, he didn't push her.

Neither parents will allow Eunsang to be married into their family but we know it will eventually happen for Kimtan because the scriptwriter said so.  Eunsang has started to change the 2 "boys": The love they have for Eunsang has cause KimTan to be more abusive and turning back to his old self (as so he proclaimed) whereas for YoungDo, he's slowly but surely changing for the better.

It's hard to say how much KimTan is willing to go for Eunsang because at the moment it's all just spoken words.  He wants to openly date Eunsang at school (like his dad doesn't know things that happen in school and his "mother") yet still be engaged to Rachael.  I'd like to see what he can do for Eunsang when his family kicks him out and cut all his finances.  He'll become a huge burden to Eunsang then.

I'm not a teenager nor did I ever feel that "OMG she can heal YoungDo".  I just see their chemistry skyrocket whenever they're together especially that pool scene, whereas with KimTan/Eunsang is just such a chore to watch.  That camp scene was stupid.  I mean, that position Eunsang sat in was hella uncomfortable if anyone has ever tried.  Your back would be in so much pain and KimTan just let her and forced her back into that uncomfortable position.  :donthinkso:

Let's not forget Eunsang is going after an engagement man which is normally frowned upon and KimTan is basically cheating on Rachael.  Whether business related engagement or not, Rachael deserves some respect.  She is currently sharing the same fate as her mother, it's sad to see.
