Does Zelda ever not get overwhelmingly positive reviews? It's like saying Pokémon is still the best and most creative game ever cause of all the good reviews. I don't think it's impressive to say Zel

I'm in love with the psn sale (Japan one) picked up 5 games for such a cheap price. was actually going to spend more but my money

 

Also Zero time dilemma is messing with my brain so much. The story is phenomenal out of this world *.* my four years of hard wait paid of. Goodness :cry:

So I bought some games like...a couple of days ago cause I was out and I was bored and there were some used cheap games I wanted to try out, one of them was Samuari Warriors 4-2, I heard some good things about it and as a Musou fan I wanted to get in on that, but I just put it in today cause I was playing like...2 RPGs at once and wanted something different and it turned out Samurai Warriors Empires was in it instead OTL I don't wanna govern and play politics or whatever, I just wanted the hack-and-slash OTL I'm just gonna return it but ughhhh I wanted some new Mosou games in my life~

The empire games are really good though. Haven't picked up the samurai warriors one yet but from what I played. Their really strategic. Unless your not into the whole kingdom ruling system.

Bought Furi today. I'm madly in love. The soundtrack and the gameplay are wonderful. I really hope it does well. Also hoping to play INSIDE soon.

 

 

 

Edit: Also, great news for European Atlus fans! We're getting all the SMT/Persona stuff!

 

My playtime on those two is the least of all the characters. They're so boring to play. I need to work on my Genji game so I can take them down better.

 

 

So hyped for this game!

 

 

Was it as good as everyone's been hoping? No spoils please but am still deciding whether to drop money on it.

Zero time dilemma is pretty amazing to be fair with the shorter story and epilogue. I found it pretty great to play though and read though I'm a bit bias toward uchihoski-san works . truthfully I found the story really great and worth playing. If you love Virtue last reward then you wouldn't be disappointed and especially if you love 9 hours 9 person 9 door (is up to that level of brilliant).

 

Overall I'd say get it if you enjoyed 999 and VLR.

It sucks that to get decent attack power in Blade and Soul you need to spend real money to get 200+ gold. If you not gonna spend real money, it'd take you a few weeks for sure.

Tell me about it, it took me a long time just to get attack power 25 gem :( and than there was the 27....

Out of all Persona 5 confirmed characters that have been announced today. I am more excited for Hifumi Togo than any one else. Looks like I'll be trying to max out her bond first  :rlytearpls:  :rlytearpls: and Makoto Niijima as well as she caught my eye first time

Ahh long ass VNs lol. I tried playing through Umineko a year or 2 ago and put in like 40-50 hours and was nowhere near done with it. That VN is split in 2 games and each game has 4 episodes. I only went through 3 episodes on the first game. Would have taken 100+ hours to complete :O I do consider myself a slow reader though.

I just recently (well not that recent since I got into 999, danganronpa and steins gate which I need to finish, Corpse party same situation as Steins gate) got into the VN scene. The story is what I really play games now for and was one of the many million people that did the kickstarter last year and I just pretty much love most of the arcs. Even sunohar's bad ending was so funny. But what I really love that the anime didn't go over was the other arcs like the Fujibashi sisters (despite the anime ova yet didn't cover some things). Got my heartstrings pulling Kyou is one of my fav characters despite her personality (though I find that hot XD). Just following the guide still clock me at 70 though and I had two routes disappearing since they updated. I heard without that guide. I would spend over 200+ hours OTL

 

Though playing though VN are not recommended when you have to put like 50+ hours if you don't have the time. Like you said for Umineko.

yea most of the ones i've gone through are shorter ones. Umineko and Tsukihime were the ones i put the most time into. I don't mind them being long though as long as they're good. Umineko just got kinda repetitive and one of the main aspects of it got annoying after dozens of hours. It was pretty amazing and intense at times though so i don't regret the hours i did put into it.

 

Danganronpa is one that i want to play but just haven't yet. Steins;Gate i already watched the anime and loved it and i'm fine with that. Though there is a sequel VN coming out i think. I haven't watched or played Clannad, mostly because i'm not a fan of the art style. Also because i know it will make me cry because i'm weak haha.

 

Yea i'd use a guide too lol. I used one for Tsukihime. I go through the first time blind and then use a guide for the other endings. Don't want to waste time. For 999 i used a flow chart to know which door to go to and stuff.

Oh my. You need to play dangaronpa. Is on steam (both of the main series games ) and vita, it had my heart rushing due to the despair you can feel. Won't go over much but you have to. Defo recommendation. You would love clannad if you can handle the art style. Otherwise just watch the anime (though it doesn't give of much of an after affect compared to the VN). I laughed like a lunatic. Cried like a baby and it was all worth it. Key Visual art is known to make that happen. As soon as you think all is well. They crush your heart strings a lot. Though I need to play Tomoyo after (spin of on the after story but focused more on Tomoyo and Tomoya) and I need to play the side stories :) another 20+ hours. :) what visual novels have you also played?

I think i would like Clannad too but, ugh they look so ugly to me haha. People say it's the saddest anime and i need to experience it one day so i can compare it to AnoHana because that anime broke me a bit. I get emotional just hearing the theme song now lol.

 

I haven't played that much. You've played more than i have. So far i've played 999 (waiting for a steam VLR release OTL), Umineko, Tsukihime, Narcissu 1st, Narcissu 2nd, also the first Phoenix Wright game if that counts as a VN. I played some of Katawa Shoujo too but never finished it.

:lol: if you can get pass the art style you are in for a huge rollercoaster ride :) I've seen ano hana and honestly despite how good the anime is, the only time I cried was during the last part and it was a good conclusion. But I'd say to get at least a few box of tissue while watching Clannad. I've seen the anime 3 times and I cried so much. You would get wrecked in a lot of emotions while watching it.

 

 

I think I'm more into the VN genre. I started back on the DS actually XD 9 person 9 hours 9 doors then it was Theresia: Dear Emile and even phenoix weight too and yes it is a visual novel :) I have like a tonne of visual novel I need to complete. Just need to find the time OTL.
