While I haven't been a fan of Nintendo or Jrpgs, I highly doubt they'll die that easily. Their just going through a tough time like anybody else.

 

Companies just need to reevaluate and adjust to market nothing more.

I'm gonna get MK9 eventhough i just borrowed Injustice from a friend. 

 

 

I usually pick a male character for no reason other than i'm a guy. Though i don't have any problems playing as a girl. I actually prefer female characters in fighting games most of the time and i have no idea why. It's not because of the looks or anything like that. Maybe the animations just look cooler to me when it's not some bulky roided up guy.

So I tried the Conception II demo for the 3DS and it was better than I thought it was going to be. From what I've seen from the Vita version, both look exactly the same, except the Vita looks & performs better. The 3DS version seemed to be using high quality models that made it lag a bit at times. Visually the game looked pretty good to me, could be worse. The battle system was quite good actually, I liked moving the characters around to hit weak points. I wish Persona Q had dungeon exploration like Conception II, so I can see the character models.

Yeah, I liked the dungeon exploring and battle mechanics but the story's pretty weak. PSVita is definitely the better of the two.

Not surprised that Injustice 2 is coming. Though I'm wondering when NetherRealm is gonna make the next MK game.

 

Anyway, for the sequel more characters would be good. Like to see Starfire/Blackfire to appear. Brainiac,Darkseid and Clayface are some I would like to see.

 

A tag mode is highly needed. It was stupid how they had in the last MK game, yet for a game where superhero/villian team ups could be near endless, it was non existent. They can also add special intros for certain team ups and moves as well.

 

Lastly, though a minor thing. NetherRealm it be nice if you can design a female character that is.........well semi-attractive.

But if not, it almost sounds like the designers never meet a female. Though if I had suggestion maybe NetherRealm could just ask Team Ninja in helping with their female design.

oh sorry i should have explained his show. Yes it was a joke. His show is basically a comedy show with him giving his opinion on video game things. 

 

What is the better game, MK or Injustice?

I borrowed Injustice from a friend but also bought MK during this flash sale.

Tough call, but I would say Injustice. But not by much. I'd say the gameplay is more refined and the characters feel a lot more different when you play them. Though MK has tag mode and of course the inclusion of fatalities. Extra content is about the same imo. Story mode, MK is longer, but some character arcs are more filler in comparison, Injustice has less of that and flows better.

I think they're good with the rounder, smaller faces like Harley Quinn, but other than that...hmmm =/

 

I hope Black Canary is in the next game, I'm surprised she wasn't in the first, even as a DLC tbh, seeing as Green Arrow's -her husband's- death was a pretty big part of the game and she was a major player in the comic version of the game.

 

Also, Cheetah, also Starfire, also Poison Ivy, also Power girl, also Donna Troy. I have a big wish list ={

FF is one of the few series that bother to change things up. Almost every other series have kept things pretty much the same. Even if the game sucks I appreciate the effort. I love DQ8 but do DQ fans like playing what is still basically DQ1 over and over with different graphics? 

 

I also don't care about Atlus milking Persona. They're a small company and they can do whatever the hell they want to make money and fund their real games. If they have to make a rhythm game and multiple anime series to fund Persona 5 i'm all good with that   :smile:

I'm with you on the FF part. Square has the balls to try new stuff with the gameplay (even if it doesn't always work out) which is more than can be said for others.

 

Something else to rage about, a fight for equal rights in Tomodachi Life.
