I don't sorry Actually this is the first gen that I have actual home consoles lol   before then, we only had one TV and all the ports were used so I never got any consoles and only did handheld gaming but now I have a PS4 and Wii U (as well as 3DS and Vita),so all these remasters and port stuff from last gen doesn't bother me at all since I never got to play them

 It's okay. Sometimes I regret getting the 360 tbh(I've always liked sont and nintendo more). I like my 3DS, but if I wanted to play Xenoblade I can't

Yeah, Wii U is worth it if you want Nintendo games and more local co op play games but for everything else you're probably better off getting PS or Xbox.

 

Anyway, if you have a capable PC you can just emulate it through Dolphin

And maybe I'm just lucky, but there's this new game store in my mall that sells old and new games and got Kingdom Hearts from there. Perfect colpy too.

It's a Gamecube/Wii emulator, it's pretty good, you can even up rez the games if your pc is strong enough

So I downloaded the update for Skullgirls and found you could buy a few characters. Should I get Eliza or Squiggly?

I found Eliza more fun to play so far but damn, she's pretty evil lol

She's $4.99 on XBL.. I might actually buy DLC for once

Haha go for it, I finally finished all the character story modes so can actually try getting better at the game lol. I hope we get future DLC though, especially Annie, she seems so cool

Nice, who's your fav character? I like Robo-Fortune gameplay wise cuz her beam attack is kinda cheap haha, reminds of Iron Man/War Machine in the MvC series

Nice, can you do any of the trials though? I can't even do one lmao, too much inputs and my fingers aren't fast and precise enough

I've completed chapter 1, most of 2, and 3, and all the character ones.

I got Resident Revelations 2 last week and I can definitely say it's miles better than 6 imo.

Fans of the fighting genre is really.... something else.

 

People complain that Tekken 7 has ''no graphical improvements'' and remains stale and such....

But KoF gets a graphic uphaul and that's a sin? I don't get what exactly they want, lol.

 

I think it's more of the fact that they changed it and doesn't look too great is the issue with most people. And considering that they changed the graphics for MI and not too many people complained about it, I definitely think it's just how it looks atm.

 

EDIT: Speaking of Tekken 7, when is it supposed to be released?

Lol, Guilty Gear ranks one of the toughest fighting games out there. Only SNK fighters and VF games are the only others that would rank high in difficulty. And for games like those, a fight stick is usually prefer. Granted, I don't think most people are willing to invest into a fight stick unless they are a hardcore fan and/or a dedicated tournament player.

 

 

 

If I remember correctly it took about a year for Tekken Tag 2 to go from arcade to console.  And Tekken 7 has been around since March this year in Japanese arcades. I'm guessing around spring of next year at the earliest.

 

I wished Namco at least released some kind of Tekken 7 demo or beta for US players. Its annoying how they still catered to the Japanese fighting community, when the US community has grown a lot in the last few years.

 

I still find it ridiculous that Tekken 7 was allowed an entry in EVO 2015, when clearly no player outside of Asia would stand a chance.

Yeah that was pretty bad. It was basically an easy win for those in Japan.

Wii U is having a sale for Resident Evil Revelations, it's only like £8, I've never played Resident Evil but always wanted too, can anyone recommend this game to someone who has no clue about anything to do with Resident Evil, or do I have to play the previous games first?

Tbh I don't like too many of their recent games. I'd recommend games like the remake, Zero, 2, and maybe 4. I've heard Code Veronica was good but I haven't been able to get my hands on it.

Peacock always seemed funny to me but I've never tried to master her.

Honestly her ranged attacks are kinda cheap haha, used them to cheese my way through a number of ai oppenents  Robo Fortune is even worse though, her laser beams are the only reason I passed some of the challenges 

I haven't used her in a while but I remember thinking the trailer for Fukua being hilarious(mostly the ending)

I got an Xbox One over the break and it's better than I expected it to be. I also got the Tanya Bundle for Mortal Kombat X

Been playing the recent SF5.

 

I will say its one of the most accessible Street Fighter games yet. But aside from that, this is a game your better off waiting to be completed unless you are a diehard fan. I mean there is a just a lack of content, the story mode is just pathetic ( a more robust one is coming though). And even if you not into that content, the online portion really feels lackluster. Capcom really dropped the ball here, this should of been a $40 game, not $60 at least until all the content became available.

The ending is so sad I can't   I need to play Season 2 actually
