I need to play the 2nd game ><. This isn't the same as the anime that just aired is it?

Finished Zero's Time Dilemma.

I loved the Delta plot twist. I know alotta people hated it but maaaan was that fun. Looking back at those old clues made it even funnier. The whole romp was pretty fun. Diana and Sigma's relationship was cool to see, and Mira was pretty fun but undeveloped (wtf at them just accepting her as part of the crew at the end?). Q was cool too. GAB DESERVED BETTER THO.

Akane and Junpei's personalities kinda got butchered which was a little sad. Akane is far more cold and methodical than her ZTD appearance made her out to be and it would have been nice had her role been switched with Junpei's. Akane instead encouraging Carlos to take a lot of the riskier options (knowing she could then look for a solution and jump to an alternate timeline) and Junpei, once again, wanting to be the hero - not wanting to risk anyone. The moral discussion at the end doesn't really make sense either, since Akane has been killing alternate versions of everyone for three games now.

Nah the anime is after and before the events of 2. Future arc is after 2 and despair arc is before 2. You should defo play the games before watching though, it won't have the same affect but still worth the journey through 2 if you have seen it..

As for ZTD read the archive of what happened

I think I remember it saying about what happened to Mira after the events.,,,,

Well Akane really has a lot of mystery which was one and if not the biggest thing I loved her for. The clash had me at times, seeing them fight and what not. Though you could see why she acted like that. After what happened in 9 person 9 hours 9 doors and VLR

As for Sigma and Diana. That had me big time   seeing the way they were like and than how they ended up. Just tore me to pieces.

Haven't got my copy yet since it's out on the 28th in the uk but from the overall comments I've seen, pretty much seems like a more refined expansion of 1 with tons of more content. Which is fine by me since that's pretty much what I wanted anyway. It's 60fps now which is pretty noticeable in combat, plus they've fixed and improved the annoying rng from the first one.

And physical preorders do include Goku Black btw.

NFS is cool but not great, still missing a real good racer on ps4 :/ Hate how it doesn't have split screen for local multiplayer too. Could really do with a new midnight club game.

Hmm. I might get it later on next year. Still waiting for some impression. And I don't think I'll get it physical since I'm getting it on PC if I do decide to get it. I couldn't tell the difference between 30 to 60 when I play xenoverse 1 on my desktop. Guess that's good for consoles?

I didn't play the first Xenoverse but i heard that on pc hackers ruined the online multiplayer really fast and nothing was ever done about it. So if you're planning on playing it on pc and online, maybe wait a bit to see if it happens again or not? idk.

Yeah that was the main problem when I played online, but usually I rarely do go online and I'm more for the plot. So it did not affect me. Whereas others, I can see why it would just a massive disappointment for them. It just depends on how well the servers and their tech/security team can handle it. Otherwise it would repeat itself.

Yeah I can emulate PSP games on my tablet aswell and even upscale the resolution, pretty crazy, you do still need to link up a proper controller though, touch screen just isn't adequate enough

Knew it

While I have nothing against remasters and I'll probably buy it since I haven't played some of the games, I really hope this didn't take away too much development time from 3  :unimpressed:

This looks awesome though, omg Sora's gonna be the one to rescue Aqua from the darkness?

I need 1.5 and 2.5 in my life..... Waiting for a place to preorder it.

Fight for Survival in Zero Escape: The Nonary Games, Out Next Year on PS4, PS Vita

Behold, zero escapists! Aksys Games and Spike Chunsoft proudly announce that Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is making its way to PS4 and PS Vita in Spring 2017!

Exclusive to PS4 and PS Vita, The Nonary Games is a double pack collection of Zero Escape: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (999) and Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward (VLR). Nonary Game uninitiated who missed out on these two mind-shredding titles before now have the perfect chance to grab both in one collection. Pretty great, right?

30467460282_912f8fb953_z.jpg

What’s that? You’ve already managed to escape the clutches of death and played both games through to completion? Fear not! 999 has been rebuilt from the ground up and now features HD graphics, as well as English and Japanese voice acting. Prepare to experience 999 as it was intended, and lose yourself in unparalleled immersion.
So what exactly is a Nonary Game? In essence, the game contains nine “players†or participants. You assume the role of one of these participants and compete towards a common goal. “No big deal, I love a good, friendly competition!†you say to yourself. Well, not so fast… The rules of each game vary from title to title, but the end goal is always the same: you must fight for survival and do everything in your power to escape with your life! That’s right, the price for losing this game is death. Did we mention that you’ve been “entered†against your will?
The main antagonist in both games is the enigmatic Zero. Who is Zero? What does Zero want? Why are you in this situation to begin with? Fair questions to be sure, but to answer any of these would simply ruin the experience! A special feature of each Nonary Game is the implementation of a watch-like device, which is attached to each participant’s wrist. Unique to each game, the watch serves a few sinister functions, most notably as the very probable agent of your demise! Needless to say, your quest will focus on solving the mystery of your surroundings and successfully removing the lethal time piece.

The Zero Escape franchise is renowned for its engrossing narrative and complex story, and The Nonary Games collection serves as the definitive version of the first two games. For both the uninitiated and seasoned escapists, The Nonary Games is the perfect gateway into this deadly and thought-provoking world.
Prepare yourselves gamers, Zero Escape: The Nonary Games makes its way to PS4 and PS Vita next year!

I just wonder if Nintendo will have the same fate as Sega or not. The Switch really doesn't look promising with subpar specs so running battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 might not even be an option. Which are what a lot of people are playing right now. Plus not even close to Xbox one specs and that was a flop.

If it keeps up like this. By the end of 2020 I think Sony might just be a monopoly in the market for console gamers. If the Xbox one Scorpio don't deliver well. Only future will tell but Nintendo stock prices and future really don't look that positive. With their triple a developer. Sure it looks OK but just look at what the Wii u is and how that compares.

I don't think you need to worry about them failing so bad they get out of the industry and switch to software only like Sega did. Nintendo are the only one of the 3 console makers that has a game that people will buy a system for. And they have a couple of them. People will buy a new nintendo system just for a new zelda game, others will buy it for a new mario, and same for pokemon. They just have to be smarter with their money and strategy if they continue to have declining sales and they could probably do well enough to at least stick around. Though honestly as a non-nintendo fan that likes some nintendo games, i wouldn't mind if they just make software and release it on other consoles and/or pc.

Sony's not in that great a position either. Ps4 is selling great but Sony as a whole were having massive money problems just a few years ago. I think it's the other electronics that aren't doing too well like tvs and laptops. Not sure about now but i doubt they are completely safe either.

Microsoft is in a weird spot rn lol. They are focusing so hard on win10. Like desperately trying to get people to upgrade to it that they're willing to sacrifice Xbox One sales with the whole cross buy play anywhere thing and releasing all exclusives on the windows store.

I don't think consoles will ever completely go away even as PC gaming becomes easier and more affordable. But we probably won't have 3 console makers for that much longer. I could see Microsoft stepping away as they focus on PC which leaves us with Sony and Nintendo. Or maybe someone new steps in, who knows.

Can't argue there. I practically bought a WiiU just for three games. Bayonetta 2, Smash and Fatel Frame. Considering how much Nintendo is pushing the switch and especially Zelda and the fact like you said they have a lot of exclusive that really doesn't hinder their pricing and just sells for a premium instead of the whole decline price. Even on Amazon and other sites. It's always been the must expensive.

As for Sony

Sony never been good with their sales with electronics especially since they hit the android market with their own devices. TV and other electronic you have companies selling at a cheaper price and with Samsung and even Apple taking most if not the market of mobile gaming. With other electronic. You have LG, Kenwood, Panasonic Samsung and others

While their ps4 have been their strong point. With the Ps4 pro coming out soon their whole sales been down quite significant. /:

Microsoft is risking hell of a lot. Their whole Dx12 and windows 10 thing is not doing them any favours. Plus DX12 isn't actually helping them. Some games like the new Tomb Raider had such a bad port, same with Quatam break. Is either give us a better port or just give up entirely (which won't ever happen). I think their whole Xbox team knows that and just holding on to the last hope of it before finally settling on Windows enterily. I still don't know how their buy one get one free strategy works. My dad bought the new gears on Xbox and having a gaming PC was hoping to play with him on it. Any idea how?

I'm trying to see who will enter the marketplace for console gaming. But if not. Nintendo would more or less have their exclusive market while Sony would be serving another market.
