They then clarified that they could have pressed actual criminal charges, even without the victim’s consent, if there had been any signs of physical violence or assault. However, according to their new statement, the woman in question had no signs of any physical damage nor was there any property damage at the location.

yes, and exactly bc of it i doubt he ever assault her. It was just a loud fight where ppl called police in the end. 

First it was stated it was place a, than b. First it was his gf, than prostitute/worker, Label SJ said friend. I dont believe the police and i dont believe the press after they dont even know what they release on statements. There is no real sign till now that he rlly beat this girl. But ppl will not care. They will go now on forever and saying he assault ppl. 

 

Smg what i deff dont excuse anymore is his drinking. He is in the reflecting time, drinking again and make problems. He dont show any sign of doing better or a progress. I love him him, i will support him ever as human and hope he will get better. Yet from this moment on i will lay the decision abt his stay in the Group in the hands of SJ and will not active be for his stay.

His stay? I doubt he will stay. Everyone is quite abt this, one thing they knew is he fucked again and he's out from the group. Who's cares abt the truth, when this news already big enough for them to be feed

Now that i calmed down, I can now make rational comments now without emotions.

 

I can't find anything else about this at all. the fact that the news quieted down is weird af to me. Look at the other idol scandals this past few years and how many articles were produced and how long they were in the news from days and weeks. But this disappeared very quick in only a day. if there was a new article, we'd know since netizenscum translates everything negative about super junior and other idols. You saw how she and other sites translated every Siwon article during the bugsy thing.

 

I do think that he's prob gone from the group if he does mess up again. I just wish SM will tell us if he is or not, but then again it reminds me of the snsd stuff where they did'nt even say that the 3 girls left until  months later or that thier other girl group that debut on the same when suju debut is pretty much disbanded. For all we know, when suju contract ends/resign at somepoint, i think that's when well will find out the news or status of Kangin.

Aka that means there is NO single PROVE of Kangin hitting the girl! 

 

The first one coming with this assault thing, was Naver. Naver is basically a News site which needs clicks and use headlines as click bait. That means they dont even prove if its right or wrong what they write. I can imagine they had it from the first Police statement. The same statement that first called the wrong place and said that the girl is his gf, which is absolutely not clear if its true till today. Aka thats how trust able this first statement was.  

If u hit someone the skin would be red, maybe even scratches. It would burn and hurt. Seams like nothing of this did had the girl. And only bc ppl called the police bc of assault, dont mean its true. I can call the police bc my house burn, while its not true. I can call the police bc of literally everything, w/o that its true. Calling police bc of smg isnt a prove for anything. Kangin have a loud voice from nature. His voice is loud and aggressive. Maybe thats why ppl thought he assault her. I also think it was just a loud fight. At least there is no prove for smg other rn. But yes, ppl will not care for the true. They will go now forever saying he hit her, w/o have a single prove for it, beside an click bait horney news site and an police statement which has more lies in it as everything else, as it was already proved.

 

If smg new should come out with proves, we can discuss again and according to it, i can see the thing new. But today, with the news and non existing facts we have. Its what i thing. Kangin is also not my bias and i am not defending him. I only try to see the thing rational  tho facts. 

 

I fully agree on the drink issue tho. Its not excuse able anymore. He is on reflecting time, and drink again and made problems. He obviously didnt learn and dont make any progress. Its so sad. Idk how deep he have to fall, till he finally get that it cant go on like this?

Thank you for correcting me, makes me wonder if his haitus will continue again. Now i wonder if he'll comeback in 2019 if shit does'nt happen between now and then. 2019 is two years away right now. Early 2019, prob not and they are waiting for kyu discharge soon, Late 2019 i would'nt be surprised if it's possible.
