They have been consistently messy since 2009. The problem with SM is that instead of learning from their mistakes they've made in the past, they continue to repeat their unethical and shady business practices that compels many of their artists to want to leave or do other things. If SM could just learn to have even slightly less control over their artists and quit being so money hungry then the company wouldn't have such problems with their artists. I mean, look at JYP and YG; not to say either of those companies are perfect, but at least their aren't artists aren't leaving/sueing the company all the time.
