What you will need

Strainer

Slotted spoon

Tall glass

Jug

Kettle

Tapioca balls

Sugar

Water

Black tea

Condensed milk

Optional shit that will take it to the next level:

Vanilla sugar

Vanilla extract

Step 1, Prep Bobba:

1. In a pot, tapioca balls according to package direction. Remove pot from heat and let it sit for about 15 min

2. Make a simple syrup mixture. Mix a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water in a small pot. Stir. Turn on low heat. While stirring, heat until sugar dissolve. Do not let it boil. When everything is dissolve remove from heat. Cool off until room temp.

2.A (Note, if you have vanilla sugar you may use it in substitution of regular sugar. Other sugar substitution that would work raw sugar, brown sugar, damerara sugar, palm sugar, or a mixture of these. Also, if you want, you can add a dash of vanilla into the simple syrup mixture. IMO you dont really need that strong of a vanilla taste.)

3. Strain tapioca balls. Mix tapioca balls with simple syrup. Make sure that you have enough simple syrup to cover the tapioca balls. Put aside and refrigerate for at least 20 min, the longer you keep it, the better it taste.

Step 2, Make Tea:

1. Put on kettle

2. Measure out twice the amount of tea you would need for a regular pot.

3. Make tea  :imstupid:

4. Pour into a jug, chill.

Step 3, Assembling Milk Tea

1. Pour your chilled tea into a glass

2. Add the desired ammount of condensed milk, adjust sweetness to your own taste. Stir thoroughly. (If you want to have some fun, do this in a shaker)

3. Using a slotted spoon, take some tapioca balls and add it to your glass of tea.

4. Add ice and straw
