Since the year is half over, what better to do than do a trade of your top 10 songs of 2013 so far? Not just Korean, not just Japanese, not just Western, but all the scenes combined. They can be in any language, any style, anything as long as they were released between 1/1/13 and 6/30/13. The sign ups will open Friday at 7PM EST.
