Korean actor Gang Dong-won and actor Ko Soo’s science fiction film “Haunters†will be remade by acclaimed Japanese director Nakata Hideo, announced Zipcine through press release today. The film is about the struggle between a psychic named Cho In (Gang Dong-won) who can control people with his mind and a man Kyu Nam (Ko Soo) who is the only one who is immune to the Cho’s supernatural power. Director Nakata Hideo, who will be remaking the film, is renowned for his work on the “Ring†series, “Dark Water,†and “Death Note: L : Change The World†The psychic Cho In will be played by Fujiwara Tatsuya, and Kyu Nam will be played by Yamada Takayuki.
