Hello Tao fans!

 

Some of you might've seen me on the TaoHun thread..

 

Let me drop here once. It feels really nice to have threads where you can spazz over this romantic kungfu panda so freely. In this forum.. well, you know already: one of the most misunderstood members.

 

I've always leaned towards EXO-M more and despite Luhan being my first bias at that time there was just something about Tao that kept attracting me. It could be his intense stare, his dark circles or the simple fact that he was hilarious on chinese shows with him being so carefree, genuine, straght-forward or how I would've just hugged him whenever he cried. LOL why am I saying all of this? XD

 

In short, I really like Tao, he's my EXO-M bias and along with Sehun, my EXO biases. I love TaoHun (friendship, brotherhood or couple.... you name them), BaekTao (as much as he imitates him and annoys him, I see Baekhyun taking care of him a lot too), TaoKai (which rarely interact publicly but I still find myself liking them together *shrugs*) and of course the Tao&M-members. 

 

Here's my short-long introduction. I don't know how much I'll be able to post but I'm often here checking out your updates. Thanks for them

 

Side note: can't wait for their chinese activities.

I read this everywhere but I never got a proper source confirming this apart from this suspicious japanese poll ranking the members. Is there legit proof of Tao being popular with the japanese fans?

 

I know that he is anime looking and since he shares some traits with Jaejoong personnality (and fashion), I know he will be well received there but since everyone and their mother is saying this I want to know if there are sources that can back it up.

 

 

OMG YES!! Tao is every Japanese female otaku's DREAM. He has that whole "mouri senpai" vibe from host club. He's tall, quiet, shy, handsome/ridiculously good looking, at martial arts but sensitive and caring at the same time. He's literally a manga/anime character come to life. They will eat him up for sure. Him and Luhan will definitely get a lot of love. Especially if luhan sports to his fluffy hair. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm not sure if this is legit but here is the ranking. If it's true then china line is all popular (maybe because they look anime). I don't find Tao looking like Jaejong though. Kris + Kai = JJ to me. Anyway, I really hope this is true because all my biases topped the poll.

So I asked on another forum why the Japanese ranking was the way it was, and got a GREAT answer. 

 

"The rankings might be have been heavily influenced by the showcases. Chanyeol sung in japanese, Baekhyun was the best speaking japanese, Tao was really emotional and cried and Kai/Luhan are the faces/visuals and are bound to be popular etc. Kris was funny but maybe he wasn't considered one of the highlights (although IMO he was)." -sinnfb

 

 

I think that partially explains why Chanyeol and Baek were ranked pretty high for those of you wondering. I guess the rankings are also influenced by the showcase.

I had to watch each performances before managing to put my thoughts together.

 

 

He was looking good at the showcase, even though his hair were.... kinda flat but yeah, he still looked good but not surprised anymore, give him any hair color, any hairstyle and he's going to rock it. That's him.

 

Overdose performance

 

He got the centre position during the chorus, that part with Kai (which despite my weakness for TaoKai for being so hot together, I can't wait for Tao to do it solo: Tao staring sexily at the camera and killing you right there); He's also dancing on Kai's left side right before E.X.O and that flip! I literally gasped and had the my mouth hanging for a couple of seconds before clapping my hands excitedly LOL XD

 

I hope for him not to get hurt if he's always doing that flip even though it makes me squeal everytime. 

 

It could be my eyes playing tricks on me but I felt like he's often on the front for this choreography as OT12. I was wrong though when I assumed that he was going to get Sehun's part when apparently it went to Xiumin while he got Kai's.  and he's kind of Kai's counterpart. They come, make a heart, throw it down; plus, the clapping hands, poking cheeks, hip thrust (asdfghjkl) and kneeling down.

Not only he got a line but did you hear his voice during the chorus? Oh my panda!

His rap following Sehun. I can't wait for the full songs and hopefully he got singing lines there too because he's not a BaekSooChen but I still enjoy listening to it.

 

 

In short, he got the perfect attitude. Overflowing confidence and charisma; looking so hot and bad ass ready to kick everyone in the way.

Wow after watching overdose videos on youtube I realised that Tao is getting so much more popular. There were so many Tao comments in the comments section and people saying that he's their bias. I'm happy he's getting so much love! <3
