Hmm, when I first came to this forum, I thought it was really friendly. After I started to like Tao and Kris, I figured they have the most haters among Exo members in this forum. It pretty much motivated me to spread the love for Tao and Kris. I'm glad you notice how much vocal hatred some people are giving Tao in here too. 

 

Oh btw, I kinda want to know why you don't ship Taohun. Not that I ship  them romantically or anything, I just find them having a very cute friendship. Because I keep seeing you write like "I can't ship them" or "This is Taohun but..."

 

Indeed, most users on OH seems to hate them... Tell me about it, I've been in a discussion with Regina before about Tao. She really grinds my gears sometimes  

 

I ship them extremely much! I think you misunderstood me, I meant I cannot not ship them. See it now? Sorry for wording it weirdly >.<" Taohun is my OTP, they are too cute for words! I said "This is Taohun" since I was unsure if everyone was okay with Tao in ships on here

A separate post to say welcome all the new spazzers! I also want to say thank you for those who have been spazzing all along to build up this thread. As we all know, Tao is one of the most misunderstood and hated members in Exo on OH. It's so encouraging for me to wake up and get to read so many new comments on this thread everyday. Big hugs to all of you!

 

Naw, thank you very much! <3 I am happy to see someone so happy for the sake of Tao! I really hope this thread keeps on growing and for Tao to get the attention he deserves. He's my first and only bias in Exo, and he will forever have that number one spot for me. 

 

Not to say I don't enjoy this small community; since we might get many antis if it gets too big...

It's not painful at all and I still adore him, I don't mind him being with a boy or girl since I never have that jealousy in me when it comes to my idols. I don't think I should either tbh, I just want him to be together with a person that makes him happy I am a fan of K-pop and have been one for three years, but never have I felt jealousy or fantasized about being with an idol. I am definitely not saying it in a negative sense- I understand why some feel that way. 

 

Just understand that Tao is a social butterfly - he seems to be able to attract people and make them like him, so it's understandable girls feel that way too

And I was listening through Exo-M's songs, and god Tao has a nice singing voice! If he trained it even more and got more lines I think he could back up Chen together with Luhan on the singing load. I really, really like his voice

So I have been away for a long time because I was in the ICU due an allergic reaction to a drug. As they were trying to get my blood pressure up (I swear I was injected a dozen times because 'my veins are too small'), I wondered if Tao would get both Sehun and Kai's part. I also wondered if we'll see much of him in the OT12 part of the MV. It sounds stupid but I was in so much pain that thoughts like this helped so much. I haven't seen the MV but from the gifs, I can tell he had some screentime and he rocked Kai's part. Also thanks for everyone posting all those pics from the showcase. I feel like I missed so much with the group and Suho thread mess

I just love how Tao always ranks so high in real world rankings, always proving his 1H haters wrong

 

I've noticed that JB gets SO much hate, yet he's one of the most successful artists of this century and girls (and boys) all around the world are in love with him lolol. I guess sometimes hate=jealousy

I don't like JB that much, just using him as an example

 

I just think the difference is that Tao doesn't deserve it, unlike JB that did drugs and spat on his fans not to mention he acts like a complete douche sometimes   I'm not saying we should all hate JB, I'm just saying that Tao isn't nearly the same person as him and doesn't deserve most of the hate he's getting

I just think that if a person receives a lot of attention, they will usually have more haters. I've always felt that the exo members who receive the most attention also get the most hate. While many of the exo members who are always quietly slinking in the background get lots of praise for being "innocent" lol

 

Does Luhan receive a lot of hate? (Since he is one of the most popular memebers) I am not familiar with that, I just know about Tao's antis here on OH since he is my bias. But I agree with you, it's mostly pressed idiots who act like that

Everyone's talking about how Tao became a bias ranker, but can anybody share how Tao caught your attention and the moment you 'knew' he'll be at the top or at least near the top of your bias list?

 

Personally, he is my first bias in EXO... and still is! This rarely happens with any group I follow, so for me he is like a baby I want to protect. I love how badass he can be in performances but then in real life he shatters your expectations and becomes the most adorable thing ever. Tao is such a precious baby and ugh, I hope I don't sound weird confessing all of this.

 

It was the same for me, as soon as he caught my attention he spurted up to the top like Usain Bolt. I feel the exact same way, like I have to protect him from all the assholes in the world. I don't get the hate for him. They mostly say he's immature and mean (WHEN HAS TAO BEEN MEAN??!?!??!), together with him being ugly etc. Sure he has teased a few members (Like Kai about his skin color), but his teasing is nowhere near mean.

 

And I wish people stop thinking Sehun and Kai hangs out with him out of pity or like he forces them to. Have they even seen his social skills? It's like he brings all the noonas, dongsaengs and hyungs to the table when he starts socializing. And Kai/Sehun aren't some sort of virginal angels; they can stand up for themselves if they don't want to hang out with a person, they aren't five. 

 

Also, Tao ranked fourth on the most handsome men in Asia, so screw you haters   I just feel like my love for him increases with all the hate he's getting. Regina + a bunch of others was the reason I made my account (Together with my interest for a specific thread) 

 

Anyways, sorry about the rant guys. I just get so annoyed over when people say such stupid shit about Tao it's like they were born yesterday. He was my first and only bias in Exo, and nothing can change that

Since i am new here i guess i should tell you my "Tao love story". When i first got into Exo Tao wasn't my favourite member i think he started becoming my bias during Wolf era but it was more because i liked his "aura" super cool and hard wushu moves ,charm, this :

 

I love how on the outside he looks cold, scarly handsome and oh so stylish but in real he is just a sweetheart.

Now i absolutely adore him because he is so cute, adorable and sensitive, it was after watching the 7th episode of showime that i really fell for him because he was just being so adorable getting excited about their little trip, going from Korean to Chinese so fast lol then he was so happy and interested in everything he was seeing, he gave me the impression of being someone who knows how to appreciate the simple things in life such as the scenery...He was so nice with the eldery on the street. And he is just so damn cute without even trying i swear, his smile, laugh...God please let me have a child this adorable. Some people say he is childish and i agree he sometimes is but it only shows his purity and innocence at heart. He is also so funny.

 

He also seems to wear his heart on his sleeve ( I can't stand his tears, he cries, i bawl) he gives me impression of being one of the realest member, like the emotions, things he says are authentical. He has a deficient brain to mouth filter and i love that. He seems stronger now (that he has Sehun) but he used to be so affected by netizens comments, that's when i started developping some very strong protective feelings toward him. I'm not usually the protective type of fans but insult Tao and i go mama bear lol

 

I have more to say but i'll spare you of an essay lol

Anyway after so much time i am finally joining this thread yay
