i left this in the snsd thread a while back and realized, i'm sure there's a roommate thread on OH! and here it is. i hope this isn't taken the wrong way - i know a ton of people love jackji or jackson himself and don't really want him shipped but i started watching roommate because i love sunny and i like anyone she does - i started noticing JackSun when they stuck together and the village and she touched his neck, covered her legs with his sweater, he held her purse while eating, stood/sat by her the whole trip, and then this happened ! (repost from what i put in the snsd thread)

 

3. saving the best for last. i'm just going to leave this huge (sorry) picture of screenshots i took for episode 6 of roommate, jackson holding sunny / holding hands going down the stairs. i officially ship this. someone please please post a gif i love it so much. (wang_kiss?) heh

 

- to put into context this is way late in the AM after Jackson trims SeHo's nose and they all head downstairs. Sunny looks back at Jackson and Jackson rushes to Sunny /puts his arm around her, then holds her hand going down the stairs

i know, i've been watching the show, i just get a vibe from what i've seen so far. i didn't come into this show to ship them, i only knew sunny and guk joo (from running man at least) and got the feeling as the show went on, but we can be on different pages, just wanted to share

Thank jesus. Park PD is the worst at love lines... I still cringe that they tried to force seho x nana so hard -_-" it took up so much screen time so hopefully he just allows the cast to be natural. Jackson and youngji chemistry is nice even though they look more like friends... You can see some chemistry hehhee especially the latest episode. I imagine their relationship to be friendship until they get jealous of each other being with another person and realize they have feelings for another. That's just a prompt though ; v ;

Well, here are my lately thoughts about the show, I still haven't watched the last episode but I have seen some things that has happened ^^

 

I'm going to make my points "shortly":

 

At first I didnt like Seho at all, now I enjoy his scenes.

Nana seemed uncomfortable before and she had like almost nothing screentime but now she is enjoying the show and had more screentime and I'm really happy for that

Sunny was my discovery, I didnt know her before and, I love her, and I love to see her in camera, and how she is with everyone, shes unique.

Youngji at first made me laugh a lot but, so cute and natural, now hmmmm she feels different, I really dont know how to explain it... its like when you see at the movies that a character becomes a celebrity and very famous and then acts different, do you know what I mean? well... that :P but I sill love her and her laugh its always amazing

I wish Minwoo had more screentime, but I think its becuase he really doesnt talk :S I'm thinking he doesnt feel ok with the cast yet, what do you guys tink?

For the others I just dont have anything to poing out :D They're all so good, I like Ryohei so much ahahah but I wish they stopped to make him do things he doesnt want lol, but on the other hand when he does them its so funny XD, Joon Park is the best! and Bae Jong Ok seems like having a great time, Dongwook and Kang Joon are my handsome boys :D and Gukjoo has been great since the beggining.  Jackson is amazing, I actually started to see the show because of him, and I'm glad the PD pointed that they were not making a Jackson and Youngji loveline because it was starting to feel weird :S. A message for the hardcore shippers: If you are starving for idols being cute and romantic for each other just go and watch We Got Married.

Ep 8 is so much fun, especially because Jin Young noona came  I love 'Love Battery' years ago and her new song 'Cheer Up' sounds great too   

 

Rommate rating is bad.. but have you guys heard about CPI (Contents Power Index)? It measures quantitative data based on news subscription rankings, direct search rankings, and SNS social media buzz rankings done by Nielsen and CJ E&M

 

*CPI is an indicator of  demographic purchasing power of viewers .It is the indicator used for advertisement slots before and after air time of dramas. Basically the higher the CPI, the more expensive in $ term for  the bidding wars among advertisers for their products for the allocated time slot.

 

It's from Secret Door CPI article, despite its low rating (7%) but it got the highest CPI among other programs

I like Roommate 2.  What's funny is that Sunny was one of my main reasons why I took an interest, but so far she's played little to no role in that.  I like all of the cast members.  There are some episodes I like better, and some scenes I like more than others.  Overall, I look forward it each week.

And regarding the timeslot changes, I read some K-Kamilia's discussion at Karawa and they seem pretty confident that Roommate can pull a 2 digit ratings.
