Yes! Thank you so much for making this thread OP.

I just finished episode 2 literally 10 minutes ago! Queen Sooyoung is doing amazing here. I'm so proud of Sooyoung. Her acting felt natural and comfortable to watch. I loved the first episode as I said in the SNSD thread, and I loved episode two even more. I'm completely sold! I love it! I love the whole cast, Kam Woosung, Lee Joonhyuk, the kids! Especially the daughter. She's so sweet. The chemistry between Sooyoung and KWS isn't awkward at all. I find their scenes so cute and I often found myself smiling watching them a few times already!

I love the narrations as well. I feel sorry for Dongwook already. His hyung won over his first love and now his hyung will inevitably end up with Bomyi. Ouch.

Honestly, this drama is like a breath of fresh air. I can't wait for the next episodes.

You don't even know how long I have waited for this thread !! Thank you for creating it, you are awesome :D

The first two episodes were AMAZING. For real, I have waited for the drama for months and so, I had high expectations for it but daamn, I was so impressed by it. It's well-directed, well-written and well-acted.

I already love all the characters. Bom Yi's parents and Dong Ha's children are just too adorable. I really love their interactions with our OTP and in particular, Bom Yi.

I really can't choose between the two brothers though. Dong Ha and Dong Wook are just too good on their own ways but it's true that Bom Yi/Dong Wook are really adorable as a couple but yeaap' despite being an ahjussi, Dong Ha is making me swoon, haha.

I am really proud how this drama surprised everyone. I remember how people had low expectations about it and even made fun of but look at it now. I had fears and doubts for the ratings but I am quite happy that even though it's still in single digits, I have faith that it will "soon" be in double digits and maybe stays that way until the very end. I really don't know about the competition between the three but we will see next week when My Lovely Girl will premiere.

And a big slap in KNetz's cheeks. I am so glad that she is finally getting recognition for her acting. I can't believe she has been acting for 7 years and yet, she had to wait that long. Well, to be fair, there are actors who waited more years and a lot more who are still struggling to get acknowledgement so I shouldn't complain but yeap' ...

Anyway, I am really really proud as a Sooyoungster. She chose the right project to showcase her skills and I hope she is going to impress viewers episode by episode. Let's get an award at the MBC Drama Awards (even if you can't really consider them as being legit lol)

I agree with all that you've said! (: So, are you #TeamDongHa or #TeamDongWook...? Or #TeamKangBrothers? Lol.

I'm #TeamDongHa :ahmagah: I feel as if Dongwook sees his sister-in-law in Bomyi, even if he did clarify he doesn't to Bomyi's father. I don't know... I get that feeling.

even though i agree that they have chemestry, i have to say it's still awkward for me and for some reason they're just not working as a couple. their moments are sweet but it looks like i'm seeing a father/daughter relationship, you know? i was expecting NOT to feel that way and forget that they both have a huge age difference, but sadly.....

in "the third hospital" and  "dating agency cyrano", it felt different. maybe due to the fact that both actors are younger than Sooyoung in real life..... or maybe because their characters didn't have a family in their respective dramas

but with Sooyoung/ Kang Woosung....i just see a fraternal love

i'm sorry. hopefully this will change in the upcoming episodes but so far....nothing

i could also blame Dong Wook because that guy is such a hottie and i see the LOVE between him and Bomi. plus, they have much more chemestry than her and Dong Ha

Aww, really? That's a shame. Well it doesn't help with Bomyi is calling him 'father-nim' at the moment, so... yeah.

I personally felt the chemistry between the two. Romantically anyway. Especially when Sooyoung was leaning on Woosung's shoulder. (:

I hope KWS grows on you haha

Dongwook is a hottie, yes. :ilove: Lee Joonhyuk is actually one of my favourite actors after watching City Hunter.

GAH, you can't ask me that right now ! I have been watching episode 1 and 2 so many times today and I don't even dare to tell you how many times I have been replaying Dong Ha/Bom Yi's and Dong Wook/Bom Yi's moments. For real, I am getting insane and it's not healthy at all for my mind lol.

Frankly, the OTP/endgame couple is quite obvious even though it's a melodrama but for now, I am ... TeamBomYi lol.

Seriously, the girl is just too amazing. I just love how she doesn't let herself be stepped on by anyone. "I will sue you". My favorite part is when Dong Ha yells at her to take off the dress and she just does it in front of him LOL. She is so badass :D

Yeah a lot of people are thinking the same thing because Dong Wook knows that the heart's donor is his sister in law who happens to be his first love so yeap', it's a little bit awkward and creppy for them.

Perso, I think Dong Wook is genuine when it comes to his love for Bom Yi. He admitted he was fascinated by her because of the heart but then, he began to fall in love with her ... It's just so damn adorable. Gah, my favorite moment of this couple is when he is checking on her heart and then, she pokes him, teasing him that he shouldn't marry her if he is always that scared and to make her stop, he just takes gently her hand ... SMOOOOOOTH  :chu:

I'm the same  After watching episode 2 just over an hour ago now, I've been replaying Bomyi/Dongha & Bomyi/Dongwook scenes!

I loved that scene you mentioned. Bomyi is so sassy, I love her character. We're on for a rollercoaster!

but i didn't. that's my biggest concern

yeah, hearing her calling him father-nim, doesn't help either

it's not that i don't like Dong Ha, but tbh he was such a douche to Bomi in the first episode. i only started to like him when he saved her.

 well, I hope you enjoy it though.

Yeah, male leads in Kdramas are usually douchebags in the beginning but then become endearing and sweet as the drama progresses.

I've noticed quite a lot of similarities between this drama and Prime Minister and I actually. Huge age gap between the actors, huge age gap between the characters, female lead becoming the 'mother/wife' of the male lead's children (two children - one girl, one boy)... So uncanny  :omg:

this whole thread is like a BIG BIG spoiler alert for me- ahha maybe I should come back her after I go watch the first 2 episodes (screw waiting!)

- but Soo can't die!!! maybe it'll be just a life-threatening scare? but they later find out she's fine?!!

pretty_angel92 was talking about the foreseeable future. Soo's character Bomyi has nothing wrong with her at the moment.

You should watch it as soon as you can :D

I loved episode 3! It was hilarious  Dongha's secretary is so funny.

I'm glad that Dongwook & Bomi told Dongha about their relationship before the family dinner.

I'm seriously loving this drama. I especially love kids+father Dongha scenes  :rlytearpls: So sweet! Especially in episode 3 where they were all on the bed at night time. Heartwarming!  :chu:

If any of you want an icon gif or a signature gif of any scene from this drama, just ask me

By the way, which site is the fastest at uploading English subs of the drama? I usually go on gooddrama.net but I have to wait the next morning for it to be available with subs. Any quicker sites?

I think he's more into his dead sister in law whose heart is now in Bom Yi :donthinkso:

I thought this too before episode 4. I wrote the same thing a few pages back.

But now seeing his reaction to the clerk dating his brother - the staircase scene and the last scene - I feel as though he still loves the clerk. Afterall, the clerk ended the relationship, not him. So I think he's still attached to her.
