Hey...once my hair grows to my waist,
Hey...come back and marry me, how about it?
[i've] been waiting for you to the point that [i've] forgotten [how] to smile,
[And] the gold step-shake[1] in [my] hair is old and worn.

In [my] dream, upon hearing your long clear cry of determination[2],
cannot help but want to follow you in your escape.

T/N:

[1] 金步摇 (literally gold step shake) is one of several common woman's hair ornaments in the olden days. It comprises a long thin stick that is inserted into upswept hair and detailing/tassels attached to the end that isn't pushed into the hair. It is called "step-shake" because with each step, the fine metal tassels shake and swing.

[2] 长啸 can be literally a loud shout, but in the olden days, it referred to a type of vocalization used to relay one's determination and sense of purpose. This can be seen in the way the term is used in old poetry. It's a choice on my part to use this second meaning.

[3] èµ– is more than just to stay; it is staying with no intention of leaving.
