i tried watching Gap Dong as well but not getting the mood yet :D
Yeah, I also wanna watch Gap Dong, but I'm also waiting for the right mood...
Heard Lee Joon's really putting on a great performance in it. -
so any suggestion? preferably funny and exciting...
ps. i watched gods gift and emergency couple as well as man from stars already. and not interested in drama with jyj members on it. thanks!
I'm watching Witch's Romance right now and it's soooo good.
I'm also watching Wonderful Days, but it's probably not the type of drama you're looking for. -
off-topic re: Ellen Page
I know this is really off-topic and because she's female, but did anyone get pinged by Ellen Page before she came out as gay? She did to me, and I kinda wished she was a lesbian, but then I found out she was dating Alexander Skarsgaard so just shrugged it off. Sorry, I know this isn't the right place for it, but I trust people's gaydars in this thread.
Her revelation didn't come as a surprise to me, as she didn't have chemistry with male co-stars. This was obvious in most movies she was in, especially in "To Rome with Love".

Wat do u guys think of lee jong suk? the actor above i hope i got the name right
Difficult to say, but there has been a lot of rumors going around about his extremely close relationship with Kim Woo Bin. Could be just bromance, though.

Saw a little bit of Master's Sun on tv and was thinking of starting the series. Is it worth watching?
YES! I really enjoyed this show as it kept my interest up during the whole show. Sometimes when I watch k-dramas, I'll get bored after 7-8 episodes. This show had a different mini story line in every episode, as well as, an interesting main story line. The show kept its momentum throughout its run. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed this show. The last two episodes could have been combined into only one episode and there really could have been more kiss scenes. Anyway despite its flaws, I thought the show kept the momentum going in every episode. I will miss it. :(
What to watch next?

Ugh, I just finished watching episode 12.
I came in here to cry with someone because fml.

I'm in denial though and still believe in a semi-happy ending? Maybe he briefly 'died' during surgery and that's when she had seen him, but the doctor's were able to revive him? If he's actually gone then I don't think I can handle the rest of the episodes.
If he's not back in a normal state during the next episode, I'm not watching this show anymore. This show has been so good and entertaining so far (the Hong sisters have really outdone themselves this time) - there has not been a dull moment. So if he's gone, I will be seriously disappointed and quit watching.
My hunch is that he might be in very critical condition during the next episode, so that she'll start developing stronger feelings for him and admitting them to herself (this I base on the fact that he's been more outspoken about his feelings for her so far). I just hope everything will be well.

Okay, I just watch G-Dragon MV called 'Crooked' I must say is a great music video for a K-Pop artist not an idol. I'm analyzing crooked in the music video G-dragon seem like a loner wolf from the pack and he wants to be acceptable to the pack. But G-Dragon don't wannabe part of the pack because he knows that they are not his cause he sees that there are just fake who to be better than other people. So, When I read the lyric (which is sad) he singing about lost love & friendship with that person maybe the person is a he but who? He seems genuine loss to that person not being by his side and he tried to make a new friend to replace that empty void of his ex-friend. He keeps searching for a new friend to forget about the old friend who breaks up with him in his past or present. However, I think he always remembers the ex-friend who diss him because of a distant or a mis-communication between them as friend of the friends he is with. I think G-Dragon trying to tell us that he is very sorry for losing his beloved friend to the end owing to the choice made in the end. And the lyric seemed very deep with a hint of love and loss for that person he missed so much.
The lyrics are really sad and (as you stated) the song covers the whole issue of lost love. The MV is powerful, too, and shows GD in a downward spiral crying in the end. I was quite impressed with the video and GD's ability to convey emotions. I think the song/MV simply is about losing someone you love, and having a hard time dealing with the loss.
I have always suspected GD and TOP were more than friends. For certain they've known each other and have been close since they were young. There is a lot of "evidence" that there was something more going on between them until 2012, after which GD and TOP's interaction cooled down (and TOP started hanging out a lot with John Lee). There is an interesting analysis about their relationship on http://everyoneisgaypop.tumblr.com/. This song could be about TOP or it could be about someone else - we'll probably never know.
On a side note, does anyone know what's going on with KeySeop? (Yes, I'm aware there's a thread about them on OH). It seems they're interaction has lessened? And with Key's musical and WGM antics, it seems he himself and/or SM wants to show a more heterosexual image of him... Anyway, it would be nice to know if they're still together.
PS. I totally love Heechul and Gunhee. They seem like a cute couple. <3

Hi, I'm new in this thread.

Yeah me too, everyone say skinship between guys is normal but i have been in korea for like 5 month already and havent seen any of that except for idols==.
Just wanted to comment that I agree with you. I've never really seen any skinship between guys in Korea. I've seen plenty of skinship between males and females, though. So, I really don't understand when people state that same sex skinship is normal in Korea?!?!
As for who I suspect is gay:
Yunho, Jaejoong
Key, Jonghyun (bi?)
Ryeowook, Siwon
TOP, GD (bi?)
Tao (not an expert on Exo, but Tao is totally obvious)
Lee Joon (bi?)
Jo Kwon
I also suspect Heechul.

Which male idols do you think are gay?

What do people think of Lee Hongki? I'm watching Modern Farmer at the moment and I don't know...
The man has quite a lot of feminine mannerisms in most of his dramas, which is of course no evidence of him being gay, bi, straight or anything else for that matter. It's just that in all of the dramas I've seen him in, he has absolutely zero chemistry with the female actresses (Modern Farmer being no exception). In my opinion, he's unable to portray that he is attracted to or in love with a female. Of course it could also be that the actresses he's paired up with are just not his cup of tea and therefore he is unable (as a young actor) to portray himself being attracted to them.
I'm not an FT Island fan, and therefore I haven't watched him on any shows or interviews. I've just seen him in dramas. He seems like a fun guy, and he especially shines in comedic roles.
I just don't know - the guy confuses me. Would love to hear other peoples' opinions on him.
