As far as I agree with your argument but there are certain aspect of 48g dynamic that should be understood. As someone that follow 48g and someone that watch PD101 S1 after it aired and PD101 S2, I am well aware that it is common practice that active idol that participate in the show will suspend their activities such as DIA, Nuest and in PD48 case Gyuri. Therefore when PD48 is being announced, among 48g fan communities they not expected that management will send top members since it is impossible for the management to stop this particular members activities. That is why, when there are rumor that Sakura and Miru will join PD48, it looked ridiculous. I also speculate that the one that join this year SSK will not join PD48. Since Sakura and Jurina are main figures of this year SSK and they end up joining, hence they will not join PD48. In the end, both of them join. Nevertheless, the management decision to not stop their activities is kind of expected. Therefore, to ask management to stop activities of the popular member just to join PD48 is good on paper but the chances are slim to none and it is kind of expected that they decide to not to do it.

The problem is not more on talent side btw. It is just Noe/Moe have "it" factor. Someone that become the talk of the town. I like Minju btw and I want her to be on top 12 but it must be because she is doing something significant. Right now she is kind the girl of people said "yeah, she pretty". That's all not "woah, she is so pretty", "she is very well suit for top 12", "her visual is out of this world" and leading to hot discussion among the fans. Right know she is become the talk of discussion for wrong reason apparently. Anyway, in short, for someone that know AKB48, Minju is the Kato Rena/Annin of Produce.

How come you can say talent was chosen over cuteness and Minju and Hyewon on the same sentence. Even assuming that Japanese trainees are less talented than Korean trainees, there are other more talented lower rank and eliminated Korean trainees.

I can see them feature together in unit single rather that regular AKB48 single since I don't think that the management is brave enough to remove popular and not participate in PD48 member from the lineup. That is why AKB48 single is so bloated nowadays in compare with usual 16 members lineup in the past.

Since the final group is supposed to be global girl group, is there any KPop group which the foreign members consist around half or more of the total members.Only TWICE is the group that have higher percentage of foreign members (1/3 of the total members). Are there other groups that have higher percentage than that (exclude Honey Popcorn)?

I am started to think, assuming that 4 seats will be for Japanese members. There will be 8 seats for Korean members. 6 of the seats might be occupied by Wusple members, hence there are only 2 seats for other Korean contestants from other companies.Even that, they must pass through Woolim/WM wall of EunBi/ChaeYeon. No wonder some people are mad with this Wusple thing.
