Honestly, like I said many time. With Sohye became members of IOI. Haknyeon and Jinyoung became popular before the first performance. Jihoon become popular because of winking. Other show which have better performance flopped. People still in delusional state that this show is all about talent.

I had say this again and again. The are other things that push PD101 series further other than talent. We can see that many other survival show which have better performance but tanked really hard. Maybe this is something that MNet learn when they sees some trainees become really popular due to the other factor than talent in previous PD101 series.

General public voting will face the similar maximization problem as similar as hako oshi fan in AKB48 group. They must choose whether to put as much as Korean trainees in the final lineup or push one specific member to be the center. The question is who is the trainee that the general public will choose?

If she have strong fandom, she might survive since people cannot vote negatively against trainees and most of the reason why she is being hated not that very strong to make her fan to leave her. That's is quite a mystery unless Kaeun actually the second pick in the first place and if that is the case, Kaeun will be in a trouble when 1-pick kick in.
