KAREN is now a racial slur stronger than the N-word
literally tilted replied to johnnyrose's topic in Random
Calling a woman "Karen" is an attempt to call out the privileges of a white woman who utilizes feminism until it stops benefiting them.* FTFY -
wow. bringing other forum arguments into another forum to laugh about them rather keeping it there. how productive and funny.

So is this basically a confirmation that they won't CB anytime soon??

You really came in this thread as a flamebait. Your whole "argument"'s wording is so counterproductive towards an actual conversation and especially in a forum setting. If Blinks wanting a comeback gets you this heated automatically, I think it's time for a break from kpop. Honestly, I think this is a two-way street where Blinks have a bit more to this story too. I just want to warn that I'm going to briefly describe some injustices done to Blackpink, and although it may be prevalent in different YG groups it doesn't really mean any of them should endure them. Blinks do generally go above and beyond in creating theories about their mistreatment, but you can't really blame them. Blackpink has been constantly criticized for their work and their work ethic. When Blackpink debuted, Inner Circles were constantly making fun of them for not writing their own songs. When they debuted, people kept on making fun of their aegyo. Throughout their careers people kept on calling them lazy (especially Jennie) and just models, which isn't fair when they're constantly putting their whole effort into their work. I don't think it sits well with Blinks when people criticize the girl's creative output when Jennie has said she participated in writing Stay and the conceptualization of Solo but were never properly credited for either. I don't think it also sits well with them that so many western collaborators have hinted at collaborations with the girls but also hints that YG has complicated the collaboration, resulting in nothing out of it (the most recent being Gallant and Rose). I don't think it sits well with Blinks that Blackpink has been openly wishing for more songs. I don't think it sits well with Blinks when the last time the whole group went on a variety show together was nearly two years, and the last time they had a full group livestream was nearly a year ago. Or that they have to wait a year for Blackpink to comeback for only two music show appearances and call it done. Or sit well with Blinks that Blackpink can't openly interact with their friends (eg. Rose couldn't appear in Hyeri's vlogs/photos and Lisa couldn't appear in Sorn's vlogs/photos). I don't think it sat well with Blinks when the girls finished their North American leg of the tour and soon after it was revealed that YG gambled one of their artist's North American tour gross away. Nor does it sit well with them that the girls are constantly getting berated with no support while it was revealed that YG paid off reporters to protect Seungri. There's also a huge aspect of the lack of transparency. It took Blinks a huge amount of effort of buying trucks and billboards stationed outside YG's building for them to come out with a filler statement that essentially says "I'm sorry we're working on it" and a rushed out cover. If they're going to delay a comeback due to COVID-19 they should say it especially when they know that Blinks have been craving content. Even if they need to take more time for their comeback, they need to give some content involving the whole group because solo activities really further divide the fandom into akgaes. There's only so much pictorials a fandom can handle. -

Stop expecting celebrities to be the solutions to society's issues. They're not obligated to speak up about it, but it would be nice if they did. If we constantly pressure celebrities to post or donate, we enforce this ideology that this is an obligation rather than a social issue; we also don't consider that if we pressure these celebrities into doing something, they might be uneducated about the topic and ultimately end up like a fucking dumbass. Posts like these are unproductive to the nth room scandal, and it tries to shift the focus towards idols rather than the actual case.

Will Itzy have a top visual like other JYP gg?
literally tilted replied to faithbreaker's topic in Random
No and I don't think JYP wants to do that anymore. Tzuyu although considered pretty never had the it girl status like Sohee and Suzy, and we all know how well Miss A turned out. -
the styling the song literally what possessed SM to okay this and why did we have a collective high this was anywhere near good

There's two ways to go about this Call it a common/basic trap flow and essentially admit that Winner doesn't bring actual interesting ideas to their albums and songs or admit they plagiarized/water it down "they took some ideas"
