I really agree about Jiwoong, he pings quite a lot in his older content, especially pre-2020 (pre-2019 even more so). Then he had a bit of an actor reboot and got a more mature image and he started pinging way less. It's way more subtle now, but i still think it's clear that he's attracted to men (though he might be bisexual, not gay imo). I agree on the others you mentioned in ZB1 as well. And i also agree about ENHYPEN's Sunghoon, there just is something about him that gives strong bisexual vibes.

It is very unlikely that Jiwoong's acting management has anything to do with it, they're a very small agency with just a few talents and like 4-5 employees. I don't think Jiwoong was ever a PD favorite either, except for the 2nd episode he's always had just the bare minimum screentime, especially if you compare to the other contestants that ranked top 5 consistently and he's never had a storyline of his own (except episode 12 with the killing part, but screentime in episode 12 doesn't matter since it's the finale episode and everyone has already made up their mind by then), he's always a supporting character for someone elses moment in his screentime. I think it's more likely that the PDs of the show saw Jiwoong's pre-show BL fame as a way to get an audience for the show and used him for that, kind of like they did with Hui. Not because they wanted him to debut. Out of curiosity, who were the other contestants that have acted in BLs before?

It's weird because the voice definitely doesn't match imo but the laugh is very similar to Seobin which is why it's so confusing (paired with the dude wearing the same shirt that Seobin owns and was seen wearing around the time it was filmed) I still think it could've been Seobin even if the voice makes me go ????? a bit

Oh, i definitely think they're genuinely close as well! Both things can be true at the same time imo, they're probably good friends (eliminated trainees have said that Haobin have been very close ever since the signal song so since december) and saw their ship becoming popular without having interacted on screen before and decided to play it up a bit (or a lot). It's smart! Edit: Another thing i think is interesting in the context of this ship is that Zhang Hao (and Chen Kuanjui) apparently studied and watched all of PD101 before coming on the show to understand how mnet survival shows work. I don't have the source for this on me but i'm pretty sure it was an eliminated trainee that said this. This just further points towards at least Zhang Hao being very conscious and probably having a plan with how to present himself on the show. This is also supported by the hair pin theory (that he wears hair pins and frequently changes them up so that mnet won't be able to splice his footage however they want and create narratives). It's super interesting to speculate about!

I think Hanbin's comment under his tomboy(? i think it was this) fancam that "we can look forward to more Haobin moments" (paraphrasing) is a clear indicator that they're really aware of the ship and working towards building it up. It's really interesting.

Exactly, and that photo is taken with him tilting his head up which will make the lips look bigger. It would be easier to judge if anything has changed if we got to see a photo where he's facing the camera head on

Wait, maybe you're right? It's very subtle if he did do it and looks incredibly natural, it's very well done. I mostly notice the bridge being a bit thinner from the front, the nose tip is also smaller (his philturm seems a bit longer), his profile hasn't changed much (other than it looking smaller). I do have to say that his jaw is much wider now though, so this might contribute to the illusion that his nose looks smaller or more harmonious on his face as well. It might be either or a mix of both. If he did do it then i think it must've been between late 2017 (october onwards) and mid 2018 (up until like july), because i start noticing the difference when he reappears as a member of ATEEN after INX disbanded. I don't notice any other difference in his nose between 2019 and 2023, to me it seems he just did the one and done and that the results have stuck. It's the same person, Kim Jiwoong He's 23/24 in the first two pictures, 17 in the third and 20 in the last one. I honestly don't think he's done anything other than the veneers, his face has matured very nicely. He's gone from more idol like visuals to actor visuals as he's aged. Obligatory caveat: I'm not that observant though so maybe he has other work done but i can't spot anything The veneers completely changed his vibe, he's very handsome before and after, but the teeth really changed the way he holds his mouth and jaw. I think it's a great example of how something so small can make a big difference. I really loved his snaggletooth though, it gave him a sweeter image. I don't blame people that have actual dental issues like snaggleteeth for getting them fixed though, misaligned teeth can have negative effects on dental health. Veneers seem pretty drastic, but i'm not sure what other options there are? Edit: braces and teeth contouring is also an option, i'm sure a big reason he chose veneers was for the aesthetics. Or maybe his case really did require veneers, i'm not a dentist so i can't make a judgement.

Me and another user just discussed Jiwoong a while ago, and i fully agree that he's confusing. He gave much stronger queer vibes in INX and ATEEN, though i do still think he is sus nowadays as well. I lean towards him being bisexual, but since he's confusing i wouldn't rule out straight either.

I agree about Jiwoong, but at the same time i got vibes from him watching old INX, ATEEN and even a bit of BIT content (his former group and predebut projects he's been involved in). Especially in INX, it's not things he says but more so the vibes lol (super not specific but i can't explain it) and he doesn't seem to have quite the same persona as he does now. He was only 17-18 while im INX though so it might just be him having grown up. I have no legit receipts, and actually lean more towards bisexual than gay if he's a part of the community, but straight is also very much a possibility. It's reassuring that he doesn't seem like he's homophobic at all though, i love that he's friends with Holland! Nothing gets on my nerves more than BL actors that are secretly or openly homophobic. Also, i was on INX's youtube page and wtf is this T - T If he's not LGBTQ+ he clearly has had no issue with kissing dudes ever lmao. Though it's clearly fanservice, i just found it hilarious considering that he ended up acting in BLs

Just a small note: not just people with anorexia bodycheck, everyone with any kind of eating disorder that is connected to body image (so usually not ARFID or PICA) can bodycheck! Bulimia, OSFED, BED, anorexia, it's common in all of them

He's always pinged for me too, though i have no hard evidence I would say logical and realistic are the first words i'd describe him with. Not saying he's not empathetic, but it's not something that i've noticed that especially stands out about him compared to anyone else. As in, i wouldn't say he's more empathetic than the average person. He has always been a great advice giver though, and a certain amount of empathy is very much needed to be successful in giving good advice.

He did get a lot of her designs, that's true, but she had tattoed several of the designs they shared on others as well (idols and commoners). I can't remember the details right now but there was an instance of someone else having the same or a very similar tattoo to the ones JK and MJ shared for almost every single one, there was only one (maybe two) that only they had. She alone also shared a lot of tattoos with other people that weren't JK regardless, so it seems like something she just did. I don't really have an opinion on whether they were dating or not anymore, but i used to and them sharing tattoos is not really a good proof for them having been a thing considering the circumstances. There are other things that were more sus imo.
