Yeah, you mean the mainly Hanyu one right? That is a good example of a forum hosted on tapatalk that works very well. It should be an option when we're considering platforms 

There is also allkpop forums, the website migrated in 2021 and got some well needed upgrades so it's very functional atp. Though i haven't been active in so long there that i'm not sure if this type of thread would be well received (or allowed, but they have wild threads there so i'm not sure why not) or not. It is a niche enough userbase though, unlike reddit. Personally i think it's much nicer and easier to keep up when you scroll on a forum than discord, that's why i'm not as enthusiastic about that option (and in my experience most smaller discords fall into fighting and cliques with time..................)

Is it just me or does wonyoung look really different here? Something about her nose + eyes just seems off from how she usually looks. I agree, i always end up praising their ability to find good comparison pictures because i could literally never lol! It's one of the hardest parts about making ps related posts imo, and they kill it everytime in that regard

Edit: Even if Gyuvin said it as a joke i do think WakeOne definitely said this or something in line with this to the guys though, wbk that they're a homophobic company. They're the company that kicked out Woongki and Sungmin from the group that they rightfully earned their spot in through a survival show because they didn't agree with their more feminine image, after all.

Personally i think they go a bit overboard at times. Even if there's a slight bit of doubt about something i do think they tend to say the idol has gotten it done, even if they're not sure at all. I often disagree about 2-3 things that they list out when the list is excessively long (again, for example with Sung Hanbin, i don't think he's gotten a chin implant and i don't think he's done the lower blepharoplasty, and things like the lip lift i'm not sure about), not as much for shorter lists. With that said, overall i think they tend to be fairly accurate.

People shouldn't take their word as gospel, but generally they tend to speculate in the right direction imo and so i think they're a good baseline to use. Then again, i sometimes can't see some things that they or many here are convinced an idol has gotten done so i don't really trust my own opinion all the time as i'm not good at catching very subtle work.

When i posted about this group a couple of weeks ago i expressed some confusion as to how Sung Hanbin and Ichan got close (ichan used to do SHanbin's hair on boys planet, and he did aegyo towards Shanbin after one of his BP performances lol), as well as curiosity about whether SHanbin knows Sunoo or not, and i just found out that they attend the same university (DIMA; Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts) and are in the same year, both entered in 2020. So that kind of thickens the plot but also clears some things up. Ichan is currently taking a gap year but they attended together the previous 2 years. They are in different departments (ichan's department focuses on producing while hanbin is in the kpop department), though their classes seem to overlap somewhat. 

So i would bet my money that this is how they know each other originally, even if before BP it was just a case of know about each other. Which makes it interesting to speculate about how SHanbin met Sunoo (if he knows him, he can also just know about him of course and greeted him because they run in the same cicles now (although it was a pretty warm greeting, they took each others hand)), and if he knows him since earlier or got introduced to him during BP. 

Idk, i just found this interesting. Kpop, music and the entertainment industries are small spaces for sure

Personally i'm still not sure if he's done anything to his eyes besides double eyelid surgery, i might give them epicanthoplasty because his eyes are more open, but idk about the lower blepharoplasty tbh. Hanbin having two rhinoplasties would explain why i could never really make sense of his nose when i was trying to establish a timeline for his surgery though, i definitely felt like his nose changed more than once but before this post i couldn't really figure it out but if he's gotten two then that would explain the slight inconsistensies in appearance

definitely agree with the first op that his ears in the first comparison pics were different – but is the pic on the right not edited? he looks quite wonky there especially in the chin and jaw area like someone pinched the lower part of his face in photoshop, which could have in turn affected his ear and made it look more elongated than it really is.

most of the pics that 2nd op posted (which i'm assuming are him presently) don't seem to have that same elongated ear either. like.. idk if i'm getting rusty but those look like normal ears to me. attached earlobes also exist naturally, so the "fusing" of the earlobe to the skin might really just be that.

additionally, in almost all of the predebut pics from the posts i've quoted he has a long ass ear already as well, depending on the angle i guess. like look at that november 2020 photo that 3rd op posted and tell me that isn't the same ear as that last selca – unless of course he already had a face lift and the pixie ear before those predebut photos were taken?

again, i'm not too familiar with zb1 but for now i do think it's possible he just has attached earlobes and longish ears that look stretched in some angles naturally. please feel free to correct me otherwise!

Hmmm, i definitely do think i was a bit quick with my judgement, i spent way too long looking at pictures of Hanbin after my post yesterday and basically came to the same conclusion, that his ears might just be elongated and attached weirdly. But idk, i still have doubts. I also want to remark that it's mostly what appears as his left ear in photos that has the weird elongation, his right ear doesn't seem to have it (or it's not as pronounced). So there is an unevenness there. The first picture used for the comparison was so convincing that i hastily agreed with OP on it, but something about that picture is off overall imo (compared to other photos of Hanbin, it might've been touched). I'm still not sure what i think, i think it looks like pixie ear in a lot of photos (although not as obvious as in the first example OP used), but then it doesn't in other photos. However, you guys surely make a great argument for him not having pixie ear so i can definitely see that being the case as well. If he doesn't, then that's a relief, getting a facelift at 20-21 is a bit rough.

I also think he could have gotten a very mild lip lift, the distance between his nose and top lip is slightly smaller. Although, I'm not sure if him getting a nose job could give the illusion of such/affect the distance between his nose and lips?

The first picture is quite low quality forgive me, but I also think he could have tweaked his eyes the slightest bit. They look more open, so perhaps he cut the outer corners.

I'm somewhat unsure if he had his (double) eyelids toyed with but they do look bigger, or at the very least less hooded. It could be due to weight loss, since I experienced the same thing when I lost weight.

I think his work has settled and his filler has migrated/dissolved/whatever since Boys Planet since I've been noticing that he looks more like his old self recently. I like it honestly.

I never noticed the pixie deformity before, but now that you've pointed it out it's very obvious that he most likely had a facelift (agree on your speculation as to why as well, most likely due to a pretty drastic cheek reduction as this change is the most obvious one on his face imo). Really good catch with the philtrum distance. He's definitely done some subtle eye work, but it's a bit ambigious as to what. At first i thought he cut his outer corners as well, but these days i think he's just deepened his eyelid crease and that his eyes appear slightly bigger due to the reduction in the cheek area. No direct comparison picture from now because i was going crazy trying to find a photo of him showing his left side at a similar angle as the first pic asjfnjfjkabfj (he seems to favor his right side), so just posting what he looked like in july 2020 as i think it's a good picture to compare with + two pictures showing how his crease looks nowadays (clearly deeper compared to all other pre-debut photos i've seen):

I agree that he seems to look a bit more like his pre 2021 self these days (looking at his pre-debut content i think he got most of his work done in late 2020 or during 2021), i'm really curious to see if he'll go back and get filler again for ZB1's november comeback to recreate his Boys Planet face or if he'll maintain his face as it is now post-surgery without (obvious?) fillers throughout his time as ZB1.

This friend group is so interesting to me (sunoo, hojin, ichan, sungmin, park hanbin) because they're all so heavily thought of as LGBTQ+. It's a fun group and i hope they interact more v-v 

I can't believe how many boys planet contestants it's turned out that Sunoo is close to T - T No idea if they were all close before BP or not, or if someone from the show introduced them? Maybe Ichan (he's the one we know have been close to Sunoo for years at this point and we know that he was also close with Hojin and Sungmin on the show). I'm also really interested in hearing more about the Sunoo + Sung Hanbin interaction that happened at kcon japan. I wonder if they're friends as well?
