it will not be easy to prove it as they the one bring the case,the burden of proof on them..we don't know what kind od doc JYP hv or what kind of doc the director have..the doc might give advantage or disadvantage...AND mostly when the court itself give advice on reconciliation..it means the court already go through the doc&fact of case..&maybe they already can see the possibility of losing or winning...nowadays,court prefer to go for mediation&reconciliation method where there is possibility of settlement among parties peacefully or the case hv lower standing or small dispute as to avoid wasting of time,money,legal costs,dragging the case for years instead it can be settled in shorter time..and if JYP fails to prove the probability of the case,..the other party might/hv right to counter claim too..to kpop fans..yes the effect of director of action is big&cause loss to 2pm but to court that face hundreds of cases everyday,this might small dispute.. Congrats to Got7..,2pm performance show that they were sunbae and experience makes them differ..Yub collab is great,..and after last year complaints I thought that SBS CAMERAMAN will takes note but HELL NO..CAMERA IS REALLY SUCK..even during Got7 performance but IT REALLY WORSE for Twice..they hv rehearsal but how can it still suck..
