i wouldn't say he regressed but he been doing musicals back to back since his discharge from the military 2018 even though it double and triple cast for a role ( means it 3 actors for the same role , The actors share the role equally and alternate throughout the eight show week) it still hell for VOICE @2:55 he still maintain his level i would say he can land supported G#4s when he's off musicals hell his voice is cleaner he was resonating while serving and after discharging

I don't see it too ,we never heard of a korean male vocalist go from undeveloped falsetto to supported head voice apart maybe eunkwang (but he always had some moments here and there even when the support was in-between,and his current consistency is head voice is still questionable) jung Dongha too was messy when he debuted but he's an exceptional case Jung seunghwan retain more sound below Eb3 ,he's a bit less weak I'm comparison 0:58 it not completely air or fry on that B2~C#3 ,Boo completely disappear below Eb3

Jongkook is cleaner and stronger in mid range than hoshi and he's weak to A so anything weaker and more shallow is Weak ,I would say seunkwang was just supporting there not even open enough This is open and full in contrast around his debut I would say the improvement got more obvious after debut

Well it can be a very controversial discussion and depending on who talking most youtube "proclaimed coaches" use falsetto rather than head voice especially for guys ,imo park hyoshin is the most devloped male head voice user I can think of and if you aks me it surpasses some acclaimed sopranos

Nah his issues has to due with placement that has nothing to due with his vocal chords health state @3:46 For context this is a guy with vocal nodules singing ,you can hear how his chords disconnect in the middle of phrases outside his control (it basically swelled spots on the actual folds that make the correct closure almost impossible) you also lose part of your range , now that guy case is a bit more serious I'm assuming; some vocal abuse on the longe run can cause nodules and hemorragies even with vocalists with a healthy approach like kyuhyun but I personally never heard doyoung show signs of nodules if anything I don't think he force or use that much mass/cords in general he's pretty light his issues have nothing to do with that ....and to answer your other part of the question no I don't think he was that consistent in his predebut or debut I don't think he knows what real impressive vocalization sounds like or rather he doesn't know how to apply it (I noticed he get frustrated , doubtful and ask for re recordings sometimes so I do think he's insatisfied by his own sound but at the same time I think he care too much by how to sound pretty/original than focusing on the technical aspects like vowels ...etc) sorry it is a hella messy response

Sejeong improved prior to her musical debut that was very recent They act like they make idols change their approach that much but in reality most idols keep the same level after their musical runs

Not sure how to take that ranking considering the groups doesn't consistent of just mains and lead vocalists, I'm also not sure how to feel about suju being that low when they have their trio(even with the condition you have put under) I would put Taeyeon around the same level with jonghyun/junsu if anything she doesn't have issues with tension like both of them (they both has/had some quirks which doesn't apply much to taeyeon apart from her whiny lazy mode ) I would also put baekhyun above onew (onew can be overally light and nasal throughout his entire range which is a contrast to baekhyun a bit more full ,brassy,chesty approach) Even tho they're in the same category/tier jaejoong still pull way more clean belts throughout his career, also way more consistent than taemin So it *jaejoong *Yesung (even with his tight title he still has way more devloped lower range ) *Taemin Again I would still put then separately it taeil > doyoung (you all underestimate doyoung issues honestly lmao). Soehyun had that one era that lasted just her run in musicals(and ppl always use her 2015 gone with the wind role clips haven't seen any impressive clips from her 2014 and 2016 musicals ,witch is a bit too brief to consider imo).
