i'm sorry, can someone explain to me how the ranking works? Is it every episode? When do they start eliminating people?

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. i hate jooheon's blonde hair. i hate the blue contacts. i haaaaaate it! Gimmie that beautiful dark hair back, or that Rush era red color. I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion though.
