The tumblr network is open! HERE ^^

I copied what pics I could find of their album covers as big as possible over into photoshop and did what I could to trace out one side of the logo, mirrored it, then deleted the cut out part. Not perfect and not official but best I could manage for now. The blue is directly from the blue version and then the purple is an attempt at matching the mv and the pink an attempt at matching the pink version. All have transparent backgrounds and anyone is welcome to use them!

Network update! I still have these few things to do: - icon/logo (probably using their new 9 ice cream cone? will go in the top left corner) - rules page (be nice, link back to the network, etc) - application so people can join - introductory post to open things up (w/ some kind of logo graphic) The members page is prepared. I've thought up as many tags as I could that might be relevant though if people could check that, that would be great. The resources page lists all their official accounts, and then the good places I know of to get translations and such (dia_intl and here), again, any more recs can be added in. I missed this place so much during the site downtime T______T I've put a lot of time into getting the DIA network on tumblr set up, though it still needs work. Wanted to update you guys on its progress: https://doitamazings.tumblr.com/ Also, I caught the most recent episode of YOLO Trip live on the vapp and some highlights of it (this was my first episode of it to catch live!): - To determine cube toss order the girls had to tie their hair up then shake off the ponytail holders. Yebin won first because short hair rules all. I think the order was Yebin / Eunjin / Eunice / Jueun / Eunchae / Jenny / Somyi / Chaeyeon / Heehyun but don't quote me outside of the first 2 and last 2 >< - Yebin totally failed her turn and so did Eunjin. - Eunice won them a yolo trip and she asked Somyi to pick the place. They went to two locations from the film Your Name and took pictures at them. Somyi got the first picture solo with Chaeyeon coaching her on how to pose. Second picture they played rockpaperscissors for slots and Eunice and Somyi won - Jueun (I think) won and they asked Heehyun what she wanted most, and they went to a henna tattoo place which is where they all got their DIA symbol tattoos on their wrists. - Eunchae won them a special trip to the convenience store where they got to get as much food as they could fit in one basket. this involved stuffing corners of chip bags through the holes in the basket to make them stay. One basket ended up filling 2 bags of food. - Somyi won and Jenny reallllllllly wanted to go to a place to race mario kart style through the streets of Tokyo but turned out you needed a license to do it (she looked devastated TT) and they ended up dressing up and taking proof shots with the karts. - Chaeyeon lost and then Heehyun won for them to go do busking, and that is the busking stuff we saw while they were away.

If the consensus is people like it I can start making it look pretty, or if there's other suggestions! I run the original NCT network (nctwork) on tumblr too so I'm used to organizing these things.

I've seen people in the last few months use the arm heart thing that i only first saw in DIA's dance, I think it was a boy group, though I can't recall who. I know Shownu used it in variety or something since I've seen gifs, but he's worked with Yebin recently and the heart's been designated part of Yebin's specific part in this choreo so it feels related.

It would take being proactive on our parts, but if a few of us made a DIA network on there, I'd be willing to set it up and make it look pretty. I have the url doitamazings saved but if we had other ideas, idk. I'm really comfortable with tumblr themes/coding. From there we'd just need consistent content.

I've literally just started putting effort into making stuff on mine, and if anyone has requests I want to start filling them. This comeback happened at perfect timing for me to be making things. But otherwise yeah it's incredibly sparse on there...DIA has too little hype amongst international kpop fandom :(

Wow people were being really extra about Eunjin earlier...getting caught up now. When has there ever been a moment where she's gone stiff and given attitude before that would let even DIA fans immediately jump to the conclusion of bad attitude when she is our happy virus energizer bunny member any other time? Hope she can rest up well. Medicine on an empty stomach makes everything painful, but shouldn't be a long term condition or anything. I also have given all the b-sides a listen now, and I think the Independence Movement Song is actually my fave... lol I love a good instrumental opening

This was my only criticism too. It was like, they started to do the dance in the first chorus but then it cut back to street shots halfway through a move even...that flaw aside though i adored it. So bright and gives me such Tokyo nostalgia TT I've seen that Forever21 Chae kept walking by from a car down that road once lol
