The same way straight guys wake up one day and realize they only like girls is the same way with gay guys. I knew i liked guys since i was like 5 but i didn't think anything of it and kept dating girls because i thought it was normal. Sexuality is NOT a choice and the only choice you have is to ignore it and pretend to be something you're not. If sexuality was a choice A LOT of people would choose to be straight so they wouldn't have to worry about being robbed, disowned, bullied, killed, discriminated and who knows what else i could put on this list. People are discriminated against and it's not because we're provoking people, it's just because we DONT have a choice. It's because we're not pretending to be someone we're not.

Not really double standards lol, someone posted an article about a pairing/ship (not a real relationship) being supported while an idol supporting an LGBT artist means they're not homophobic/open minded to listen to someone who's gay/bi.

Honestly "cultural difference" is normally used when homophobic people try to prove their oppa is straight... awhile back there was a discussion about how gay people in korea suspected the same idols we did which is funny because you know as you like to throw in our faces, culture difference. Liking a gay artist doesn't mean they're gay, but it does mean they're open minded (I wouldn't be surprised if some homophobic people avoided listening to troye sivan) also I think people only say that about someone whos already suspected.

I know this thread is open to ships but you do too much... you also tend to have a habit of speaking on behalf of LGBT people when you're straight.

Eh agree to disagree. Gaydar is when you're gay and you see someone doing the things you used to do or still do. For example, when i was younger i used to walk in my mom's heels so now i know how to walk in heels now that im a teenager (lol) and i saw a part of that in Taehyung when he DANCED in heels like it was nothing. Just an example though. The reason i think he's gay personally is because: 1. He wrote a letter to jimin that said "You cry in the bathroom with me, laugh with me and accept me for who i am. lets walk a road of happiness, i love you". The bolded part speaks for itself also he cried. 2. His mannerisms - 3. I'm pretty sure most gay guys have dated girls, I'm gay and i thought i would marry one even though i know i'm not now i still tell people (who i'm not out to) that i'm gonna marry one. Why everyone is offended is because, when you're straight you don't have to hide the fact that you're dating or have to worry about being disowned over your sexuality. The reason "it's a shame he's gay" is an insult is because it's not used as a joke a majority of the time. Its normally used when people stop viewing you as a normal person and their opinion change about you entirely over your sexuality. We didn't know if you were joking or if you were being homophobic. (Also when gay guys or girls say it there's no other meaning to it other than "I wish there was a chance i could've been with this person" - Its never used with anything involved with rejecting someone out of their life. It's not a two way street like the opposite.)

I'm open to the idea of him being bi but, I still personally think he's gay since I see more evidence of him being attracted to men. Also he kept turning around to make sure she heard him and knew the way since he was helping her when she got lost. @3:45 It looks like he's flirting with the host(?)
