Someone else happened to ask the same question a little while back, so I'll just link my old forum post with the reality show links and member previews, since it's all still relevant.

No, because I.O.I gained a lot of extra traction through their copious variety appearances as well as their later releases. Having Doyeon and Yoojung leave to promote their other group while I.O.I was still around would likely have lowered their popularity, because they would've gone from a group where every member is well known to being the early leads of their own group. I've long maintained that Mina suffered the most from leaving I.O.I to debut with gugudan instead of promoting with the Whatta Man subunit, because she didn't get all the variety exposure the subunit did. Plus, sticking around as the young'uns of I.O.I was a good experience for them to have now that they're the older members of their own group (Weki Meki is still really young on average). They had a good 7 months of learning how to be good idols without the pressure of being the mentors. Now, Weki Meki might've been more popular had they debuted earlier after I.O.I disbanded, but who knows. it doesn't seem like Fantagio had the group all figured out compared to, say, Pristin being ready to go, and Soomin leaving meant they had to find a replacement vocalist, which turned out to be Suyeon. It's possible they delayed WEME's debut to get Suyeon up to speed. Yoojung also had her Golden Tambourine gig and Doyeon her Maybelline deal, so maybe their popularity didn't wane all that much.

The dance is part of a longer M Countdown segment, Dance Dance Together with Weki Meki: The YT clip doesn't have the full dance (or an attempt at dance) like the facebook link does, though.

Their reality show is great and worth a watch if you want to get to know them better. It's all subbed in English if you watch it on VLive, and they're literally releasing one a day until they hit 60 (but each one's 10-15 minutes). Lucy and Doyeon are wearing it on wristbands. Took me a while, but I finally spotted Elly's: it's tied in her hair.

I suspect the teaser (which is labeled an "album" teaser, not an MV teaser) has both "Lucky" and "La La La" performed on the same set. The first 51 seconds (up to the fade) is probably "Lucky" as the album lead-in, and after that the teaser cuts back to MV footage of "La La La's" chorus. Alternately, they spliced the intro for "Lucky" onto parts of "La La La", with a lot of the vocals dropped, as is common for teasers.

They're shown in the highlight medley. From the looks of it the schoolgirl/black and red look is for the "Weki" red version of the album, the pink look is for the "Meki" pink version of course, and the... rest time with little makeup look? is for the blue "Lucky" version.

Minor correction: Weki Meki and Dreamcatcher don't have the female artist # next to their names in their multi-version album entries.

The Winter Olympics takes up virtually all of February, so if they're trying to avoid the Olympics it makes sense.

They froze the company credit cards for every employee, too. At this point we should be worrying about whether Weki Meki is going to even stay as a group if they dissolve Fantagio, not just whether their next comeback is delayed.

Wow, that might be the first time I've ever seen Doyeon's face blurred out.

Blurring out bystanders is pretty normal, but I doubt a bystander has that hair.

WekiMeki　[WEME]Album Promotion in　Japan　開催ã®ãŠçŸ¥ã‚‰ã› I believe the gist is that Weki Meki is going to hold an event in Japan on December 8th.

Those numbers seem low for Weki Meki at this point. Latest number I saw on twitter: Click here to view the Tweet Unsure if that's the combined version sales or not, my guess is yes. EDIT: Yep, I can't add, dur, The latest numbers are about the same when you add the versions together (off by roughly 100). Would still be nice to see the combined version number for WEME though.
